This is a very high quality bag, like most everything B&R makes. For the most part it is well organized and a good size for work/travel purposes. However, there are two (seemingly silly) flaws that forced me to return it. For my everyday "briefcase" I need every pocket and feature to count and B&R made two big mistakes with this bag: (1) The elastic pen/pencil holders are not big enough to slide in a pen of average thickness. This forces you to find somewhere else to put your pens and wastes the space taken by the pen holders. Did B&R even test the size of the pen holders before they manufactured this bag? (2) Every briefcase/backpack I've ever owned (including two from B&R) has had a clip for your house & car keys so that they're easy to find and you don't lose them. This bag doesn't have one, which forces you to use one of the organizing sections that you could use for something else. Also, it would be really nice if some of the interior pockets/organizing sections zip shut. If there was one that zip shut I wouldn't be as concerned about having a clip to hold my keys (although I would still prefer that).
After looking at a lot of bags, I was really expecting this to be the perfect work backpack, but sadly, I needed to return it due to some silly oversights by the designers.
