I love these shorts. I run marathons and use them for my long training runs. The side pockets and the one in the back are handy for gels & phone. The shorts stay put and I have experienced NO chafing. My longest run in them so far is 20 miles. I ordered both the small & medium to try on. Both fit, but I preferred the smalls because I like a little snugger fit and compression. For reference I am 5'7" and 135 lbs.

This is just what I was looking for. It fits well and holds my iPhone (2020 SE) in the pocket for long runs.

This new version of Greenlight 7" is terrific. There's one pocket on the inside in the back and a pocket on each side of the outer leg. Good quality, good price.

Live these shorts. I can carry my water bottle in one leg pouch and my phone and key in the other. I do wish they came in other colors.

I am long distance runner. I always looks for mid-length compression shorts with at least 2 side pockets. I have been running in them for a few weeks now, and I love them so much. They are perfect for my 13+ mile runs. They are super breathable and don't leave me feeling wet. The only thing that I think would make them better would be softer material and more stretch and sculpting.

These are by far my favorite shorts to run in! I have thicker legs so the length is perfect for me. They barely move at all when I'm running.. might need to pull down once but compared to all the other shorts I've tried that's nothing. Love the pocket on the side.. big enough to fit my iPhone and there's no issues of it popping out. I've already bought another pair. Definitely worth the purchase

Great shorts with a very secure pocket on the side for phone/keys. Nice coverage without being too long. My go-to for longer runs when I don't want to worry about what I'm wearing.

I'm really happy with these shorts. I'm back to running after a year long hiatus due to Iliotibial band issues and had donated all my running gear. It is so hard to find shorts with pockets that fit a phone and that stay up. These do both. They do ride up a bit during a run but not a deal breaker. For reference I got the small and it fits perfect, 5'5" about 119lbs, slim build.

I love these shorts. They stay put, they don't ride up or slide down and I haven't experienced chaffing. I have 2 pairs. I'm 5'3 138 pounds and I ordered a size medium.

Finally, shorts that don't ride up! Length is perfect. I read they run small, and I feel they are true to size. I'm 5'4 and 125 pounds. They fit like a glove. I train for marathons, and these shorts are perfect. No chaffing and plenty of pockets. I would love more colors. I will be buying more.

These are my favorite running shorts to date! I'm nearly 5'8" and don't like the longer length shorts but the short length are too short on me. I wanted a mid-length and these fit the bill perfectly. They are extremely comfortable, do not ride up and side pockets provide enough space to securely hold my cell phone & gel packs during my long runs. I will purchasing another pair. Thank you!

WOW - Make more colors!! These fit perfectly, did not chafe at all, move at all, etc on 20 mile long run holding marathon pace.

GREAT! Just did 4 miles to test them out. The pockets are super helpful. The shorts stayed put, even without a drawstring.

It is really difficult to find longer running shorts. Add in side pockets and good sizing options and we have a winner! I am 5'6" and have bigger quads and hips - size medium is great.

I love these shorts - they're my second pair. I wish there were more colors and different print options because I would buy one of each! The shorts are comfortable and the drop-in no bounce hip pockets are convenient for your phone or nutrition.

I love these - but I do find these a little more snug around the waste compared to the other shorts I just ordered. Love the pocket options

Absolutely love these tights!! They are very supportive even while on a run. Happy the side pockets can hold my phone without worrying about it falling out or moving around mid run. Only thing I'm bummed about is that they shrink a bit so don't put them in the dryer, best to hang dry. Will be purchasing another pair

I ordered medium and am 5 feet 6, 127 lbs. These are tighter in the waist than expected and probably needed a large but they do stretch so pretty comfortable. Very well made.

Great short but sizing was off. Small was too big and xs was too tight.

As a marathon runner living in GA, tight shorts are my go-to in the summer for long runs so that I don’t get chafed. These are perfect so far. I wish they were just a little shorter, but overall, I’ve had no chafing at all, even at my waist. The mesh pockets give them a little style as well as being great for bringing your phone or nutrition. Also, the pockets are only mesh on the outside - the part next to my skin is actual fabric, so again, no chafing from nutrition packets or other things one might have (I was insanely chafed by this particularly in a pair of capris in a marathon). They do not ride up but also are not tight around my athletic thighs. The fabric is light but still compressive without feeling restrictive. I bought my usual size - did not find them that tight as other reviewers did. Recommended.

These shorts are a little shorter then the picture but still very cute and functional. I am exploring different outfits for marathons training and came across these. The pockets are very handy and the pattern on the side is very sturdy and allows my thighs to get some much needed air while running. They fit good, very right at first but feel much better after a few wears. They wash very well and hold their elasticity.

I really like these shorts, actually over other bike shorts I've tried. I have pretty large thighs and I'm tall (5'9''), so I bought them for running. I've never been able to wear shorts to run because they ride up, but I just moved farther south and it is too hot to run in pants. I will say the 7'' do slightly ride up. I just bought the 9'' Brooks came out with and they are FANTASTIC! I would suggest the 9'' for large legged ladies. I also like the deep pockets - can easily fit a cell phone or keys, and even though I'm tall, these are high enough to cover my stomach and not gap in the crouch.

Great for running with no chafing. Mesh is ok but not my favorite. Still gets the job done.
