Beautiful boot and true to length but unbelievably narrow. Has to go back...

Super cute boot, but felt very small and narrow. I'm exchanging for a full size up from my usual size and hope that works. They seem like they would be comfortable if they were the right size. Also, one of the straps/laces was broken.

Very odd construction. Fits like a shoe with excess material flapping around your ankle. No ankle support

I should have known better but after reading an " answer" saying that it was large, I had hopes that it just might fit, but nope. I'm a sort of size 11 1/2 and have several older size 11 Born boots that fit perfectly. Not this time. Actually I thought it was a little on the small side, and no, you really can't tighten the ankle with the little tie. Nice looking, though. Too bad!

I wear a size 8 medium. Ordered the 8. A tad too short in the toe bed, and the heel was a bit loose. Am returning. I ordered the burnished brown color, which was darker than I expected. If I reorder, I will try an 8 1/2 in a lighter color. Leather is nice and soft, and I love the style.

I wanted to keep these so badly, but the reviews on the heel being loose were true. I felt like I was slipping out of them.

Ran a little big but did not holdup well for the price

I wanted to love these so much. They are super cute on, and I love the color. As others have mentioned, the heel is wide so my foot does slip a bit, but I quickly got used to the fit and it didn’t bother me. But, after the second week of wearing them, both insoles have shifted and the sole is now uneven inside, making them incredibly uncomfortable. I’ve tried fixing the insole, but it just keeps shifting back off-center. I’ve had many pairs of Borns before and they’ve always been super comfortable, this is not something that has ever happened before and it’s super disappointing. After spending the $ for a good brand to only be able to wear them a few times it’s definitely frustrating.

Imagine walking in flip-flops and that's how the heel fits. I love the style but the heel is an issue. Even for my big feet. I had to return.

I wear a pretty true size nine, these were so small I thought they must have been converted to european sizing, and missed .

This is my 2nd pair of this style. Love them, but……. Grey is not grey at all, nothing grey about it. 100% brown even though the box was labeled grey. I thought about sending them back but kept them instead.

size 10 too small, size 12 too big. why oh why can't they give us the courtesy of a half size for the many women with larger feet? Aaaargh!

The length was just about right, the heel was a little roomy, painful across the top of my foot but no seam at that spot. Tried wearing them around the house for an hour or two, no give and top of foot became very uncomfortable. Hoping larger size helps. Cute.

I feel like the fit is a little smaller than the average 8 1/2 size. I have wore then a couple of times and I like the look of the shoe. One problem I noticed was my shoes were slipping down in the shoe. Not sure if that would happen if size was a little larger.

Super cute, size runs small, unless your ok with toe being touched when walking. Overall I could not find my size as they did not come in 1/2 sizes. When I ordered a larger size had to go full size and it made the boot to sloppy. I didn't like the floppy ankle support, zipper should come to the top of the boot too much wiggle room. Adorable to look at, not great for walking in if you can't get the sizing just right. Sadly had to send back.

I usually wear a 9M, I tried a pair of this brand in a 9 and it was too short, although width was OK. I ordered a 9.5M and my feet were swimming in them even with thicker socks. Unfortunately they need to be returned. Also, color was more brown than gray. Not an ugly color, but not what was expected. They do seem well made and would probably be comfortable, if I could find a pair that would fit.

These are super cute and I really wanted to love them. But the left and right fit differently. The ankle was saggy and baggy on the right and nicely trim on the left. Also there was zero arch support or really any support, which was surprising for born. Returning:

The shoes are beautiful, but impossible to walk on them because it feels as if they're going to come off. The heal is way too wide. Also, the description mentioned they are leather, but they feel more like suede.

* was too small, 8 1/2 was way too big. Just not a good fit for me even tho I have 2 pair of 8 that DO fit in another style. Have to return them :(

Overall I give this about a 3, these shoes run very narrow as do other shoes by Born, Born needs to seriously provide a wider width option! The tie around the top of the shoes is a pain and not easy to adjust.

They are cute and fit perfectly but they aren't as comfortable as I had hoped. I wore them out to the grocery store and noticed that just walking in them for a couple of hours made my heels and hips hurt. A friend has the same pair and loves them. She wears them all the time without problems. I can't seem to find anything as comfortable as skechers.

Beautfiul boot - I just didn't like how loose and open it as at the ankle - seems like they could have zipped it up higher

I love these boots. I took a chance that they would be a generous width, but no luck. I need a C or D. Wish that Born came in wide widths.
