These are great boots! Very comfortable right out of the box. Nice support for my high arch as well as nicely padded footbed. Wore these shopping all day on Black Friday & was totally comfortable. Super stylish too.

Size was great, and they are comfortable right out of the box. Zappos pricing was better than anyone elses!

These are very cute and the blue color is gorgeous. I feel they run small and the wide width feels more medium than wide. I was glad I ordered a size up but was disappointed in the width

These were attractive but waaay too small.

I really wanted these shoes to work for me---they're cute and comfortable, like the Born shoes I've had before. But, like so many reviews have said, I also found that the heel is just way too slippy. I thought, as one person suggested, that I may be able to make the heel not slip by using heel pads, but this was just not enough, even with 2 pads.

Super cute and comfortable. I ordered the brown/ginger but reading that the grey is brown which I'd prefer - these are a bit too orange for me. I am typically a 6 but returning for a 6.5. They loosed up when I walked in the house for a bit so the width felt true to size but they are bit short.

I wanted to love these but the size 11 felt a full size smaller. My toes were crammed at the front.

Loved the look and style and especially happy to find navy suede. The fit was off - for my feet unfortunately, and like a number of reviews mentioned the fit and feel at the heel was strange. I tried with thicker socks but my heels still slipped upwards. A heel insert did not help at all in my case. Very disappointed to have to return them. The search continues!!

Color: Color is not gray. Its a nice color but its brown, so if you are looking for gray don't choose this color. If you are looking for a lighter brown boot, I would recommend this color. Size : Ran small - Order at least 1/2 size larger or one size larger if you have a wider foot Comfort : Shoes were comfortable, but not super comfortable. I thought they needed more cushion but I have very boney feet, so it may not be an issue for others. Support: I have a flatter arch and the arch felt good to me. Someone with a high arch would probably not like like these.

I have to return this item because one of the laces is shorter than the other. I seems like it was cut or tear off.

I love everything about these booties except the wide heel. I felt I was sloshing around in them, and that they would become uncomfortable if I wore them for any length of time.

Usually an 8.5 gives me room to put in an insert. These were very tight. I really like them so I’m buying thin socks to wear with them

These are beautiful boots but I’m only giving them 4 stars because my usual size 10 was too small. It’s a shame because they have a cool, unique look and the quality of the shoes is great.

Ordered size as recommended by Zappos, fit well. Overall I liked this boot. Due to a recent injury, I felt more pressure from the right boot so I am returning.

In most brands of shoes I buy, I wear a 7.5 to 8. I tried these in 7.5 and toe box too short, so I exchanged for an 8, and still toe box too short! I tried other Born style boots in a shop, and 8.5 was too big for me, so now I have to decide if I want the trouble of exchanging one more time or just returning and looking for another brand of boot.

I love the style of this boot and I would have given this five stars overall had it not been for the sizing. I agree with the other reviewers that it does run a bit small and narrow in the toe box. Overall they will work, but not with a thicker sock. Also the color is not actually gray but more of a grayish/brown. I’m looking forward to getting a lot of wear out of these in the fall.

I love how these boots look and I'm sure the comfort will be good -- once I find the right size! I have two other pairs of Born booties and both are a size 9. I ordered both a 9 and a 9.5 and will be returning both of them because they are so tight. I'm hoping that the 10 will work.

I could not even get my foot in the shoe, due to my high arches, so I have no idea how it would have fit. So disappointed to return them.

Loved the boots but like others have said, the heel is too wide. I found my foot sloshing up and down. I tried my sherpa inserts but still had heel slippage.

Love the boot - but distressed leather is really a suede. I like distressed leather - but not suede.

They are great looking shoes, but they are loose in the back as others have said. Even if you tighten them, they are still a little loose.

Love the look of this shoe. Leather is soft. It isn’t too heavy. I wear 6.5 most of the time and this felt just a bit too big. I think 6 would’ve fit better. I added insoles so it fit a bit better. But the heels are too wide. My ankle lips out.
