I love the look of these boots but my foot comes up in the back on both feet; nothing to hold it in. They're going back, unfortunately.

I love them. I walk on a concrete floor 9 hours a day and needed something that wasn’t a tennis shoe. These boots are very comfortable and so easy to get in and out of. They look great with jeans. I ordered the brown and after a test run I just ordered a second pair in green.

I ordered my usual size 9 and they fit perfect. As others have said, the heel is roomy but it doesn't bother me, my heel doesn't slip out. I actually kind of like the extra wiggle room. Cute & comfortable!

I received these grey Tarkiln boots yesterday. I put them on and left them on! They are so comfortable and adorable! I am going to wear them everywhere and w/ everything! I have wide feet and kind of bulbous heels. The fit is perfect for me. I'm 68, w/ kind of thin calves. These are so cute that I will wear them w/ shorts and dresses as well as all pants. I'm 68 (with some metatarsal issues) and if I feel this great in the Tarkilns, you should feel amazing! The suede is soft enough to accommodate individual minor foot issues. In a day, the shoes have conformed, very comfortably, to my feet.

Love them. They are really cute and comfy.

Absolutely love my new born boots ! No breaking them in, can wear them all day without tired feet or blisters .

Very comfortable boots and true to size!

I am usually a size 7.5-8. Originally I ordered the 7.5. They fit well except my heel felt like it was rubbing on the back of the shoe and I was worried they were going to cause blisters. I exchanged them for a size 8 and they still rubbed. I like the style enough that I ended up keeping the 8s.

Comfy right out of the box! Cute, perfect color (natural distressed). I wear them with a dress and tights, leggings, jeans. Exactly what I hoped they'd be. Room enough for 3/4 length inserts.

Sadly, the heel construction is all wrong. I really wanted these to fit!!

Loved the look of these shoes. Just a bit short. Sadly Had to return. Too much $$ for a shoe that did t feel quite right

I really wanted these boots to work. They are super cute and I was really excited to get them. I tried two different sizes. However, since there is no way of tightening the boot around your upper foot/ankle, my foot continuously slides to the front of the shoe and jams up my toes. I would not recommend them to anyone, despite the cute design.

loved the look, but unluckily wrong size. I thought I had narrowed the search to only include the wide width, but these were medium width...just doesn't work.

Gagghhhh!!!!!! I wanted to love these but the fit is just super weird. The heel area is huge and if you wear super thick socks to keep the heel from slipping, they squish your toes. Got my normal 6.5, fit would have been fine except for the oddly large heel area. Very sad to return these as they are very cute.

There’s a weird ledge between the ball of the foot & the heel that left a weird sensation in the arch of my foot. Really hard to describe, but if you stick you hand in the shoes, you can feel it.

I love these boots. Strangely, however after about 2 months of wear, there formed a hole inside the shoe near the back of the heel that you could put your finger into. Like the sole wasn't properly affixed or big enough to support the entire insole. I notified Zappos and they took the shoe back no questions asked for a full refund. I will order the shoe again (VERY comfortable and stylish). And, I will just assume this issue was a fluke.

After reading lots of reviews and having these in my cart for about a year I decided to get them. Most people don’t seem to realize they can tighten the lace to stop the heal from being loose. I tightened it a little. At first I thought they were a bit tight but they will shape to my feet because they are beautiful soft leather. I wore them around the house for a couple of hours and then took the dogs for a two mile walk and they are super comfy. No pressure points. I love them. I’d buy more colors right now if I had enough money. I definitely recommend them. I took pics with one leg tucked in just so you can see the whole shoe.

They were too small. Almost always were an 8 and had to return. Didn’t reorder another pair, so can’t really say for sure whether 1/2 or full size was needed to fit. Love the boot though really cute.

I did feel like these were a tad small. Not small enough though to have to return, just an observation. Otherwise they feel great.

I was really hesitant on buying these awesome looking boots after reading other reviews and because I usually always need to buy 8.5 extra wide new balance sneakers and 9 wide naturalizer boots but I figured I’d give it a try. I ordered a 9 & I’m impressed, comfortable insole for my higher arches, they’re moccasin style allows some give so I can wear different weight socks, they’re nice and warm with good soles! I highly recommend them

I have wanted these for so long and finally treated myself. I love them!!!! They look great with jeans, tights and skirts. I intend to get more . I with you would have included care instructions ??

The style is timeless. I thought I would need a 1/2 size bigger, but did not! True to size and oh so comphy!

I love the look of these, and the quality is great. Super comfortable. I noticed the extra room in the heel that others mentioned, but I also saw that someone said that they break in well and that may go away. If it doesn't, I'll wear with thick socks.

The fit was perfect. I have worn born before and knew my size. Bought them for a trip to Europe for plenty of walking. No breaking in time needed. Wore them long days right at the start. Pleased with my choice.
