Mistakes were made.... I purchased online with out trying on. This may not be true for you, but though I'm a loyal Brooks fan, definitely not of this shoe. Too narrow & firm, running in them hurts my feet.

I suffer from tailors bunions on the sides of my feet and wore the Ravenna for 3-4 hours and my feet hurt for 2 days! If you've got "good" feet or wear orthotics you'll probably like these. My other brooks have had a great insoles (especially Ariel) but these are thin and cheap! So much so they should be embarrassed to have their name stamped on them. They do have Guiderails but they're minimal to keep shoe light and offer little support.

I've been running in Ravenna's for years, but the 10s are my first pair that really hurt my feet. I ran a marathon in Ravenna 9s and had no problems. Switched to the 10s-- toe cramps, ankle pain, the whole shoe feels clunkier. Wearing my old shoes for now until I can find a new alternative! Disappointing after years of loving Ravenna.

These shoes didn't have the support that I needed, so I had to return them.

I'm not sure what changed, but after running in Ravennas for five years, this pair is terrible. Even just walking in them leaves me with hip pain that isn't there in my old pairs. This pair is going in the trash and I'm on the hunt for a new brand of shoes.

Absolutely HATE this shoe! I have run in Ravennas for years. But, no more. The 10 is markedly different from past models. Heel slides around (even if tie in heel lock), terrible knee, shin and hip pain. No flexibility on strike. All around, the worst shoe I have ever run in. Please go back to the Ravenna 9 model!

No rebound, no cushioning. My shins and ankles hurt after one run. These shoes were immediately returned.

At first loved these shoes. They really helped with my supination. I used them for walks and work. I work in a laboratory and I'm on my feet a lot. But not for running or anything too intense. So it was to my surprise when I went to tighten my shoe laces and the side of the shoe ripped apart! I have had these shoes for maybe 3 months and didn't even wear them every day. For the price of these shoes I would not recommend.

The new guide rails do not work with my orthotics. Sadly, I had to return and look for another running shoe. Very disappointed since I had worn Ravennas 6-9

They are just so dang ugly. I've had every Ravenna since 2. The bad reviews are right. They are getting worse every year overall. Please go back to the 4, 5, 6, 8, or 9. Glad I bought a few of last year's to stock up before these. Eek.

Sadly, it appears that the Ravennas are getting worse with each new generation of the shoe. They've gone from the best runners I've ever had to the worst. I should have just returned them, but I stubbornly kept trying to wear them. Very painful.

A huge letdown after the 9s. I've been wearing Ravennas for as long as I can remember. They've gotten me thorough many marathons and half marathons. The 9s were my absolute favorites but once I wore them down too much I had to switch to the 10s. From my first run, they didn't feel good and now I'm having all sorts of foot and ankle pain from them. I've tried to find more 9s to no avail. Really hoping for the 11 to come out soon and for it to be more similar to the 9.

Not made of great quality had them for less than a year and the seem started to unravel and the shoe is falling apart. Do not get waste of money not a good investment

This was a totally new shoe shoe design and should have been rolled out as one, not as a Ravenna. For someone who has worn this style for years, I ended up in excruciating pain. I could barely walk in them and had to return immediately. My heels were slipping, my arches were screaming, and my entire foot ended up throbbing. I have actually never had a shoe hurt so bad. Ever! Please roll these out as something else and bring back the other original style.

I've worn the Ravennas for the past 8 years. When I bought the new Ravenna 10s, the bottom of my feet started to hurt. The fit was completely different than the 9s, and now I can't find anywhere to buy the 9s online. I am desperate for the old comfortable version back, and I am considering switching shoe brands because of this issue. Hopefully, they resolve this problem ASAP because I have always loved this shoe.

I have worn Ravenna's for years and loved them for long and short runs. The 10s have a stiff fabric that hurt my feet. The sole seems to not have as much grip. I developed shin splints after 2 weeks which is usually a sign that my shoes need to be replaced. If the 10s weren't 3 weeks old, I wouldn't have a problem with that.

Sent the 10's back horrible fit. Miss the 9's!!!! The 10's are too bulky and my feet slide. Very disappointed

I am SO very disappointed. I have run in the ravenna since 2010. I bought the new Ravenna 10s and they are awful in so many ways. I am desperately searching for a shoe to love again. I gave them a month and tossed them in the mow the lawn pile, if even that. I really just wanted to throw them in the trash.

I loved my Ravenna 9 and was expecting the same comfort with Ravenna 10. This shoe hurt the top of my foot - maybe because of the stiff plastic around the shoelace eyelets. Ravenna 9 didn't have the stiffness around the eyelets. My heel also slipped up, and it did not with Ravenna 9. I tried adjusting the tightness of the laces and using the optional outer eyelet, but I couldn't find a comfortable fit. It was too tight across the laces and too loose on the heel. I exchanged the shoes for Brooks Adrenaline GTS 19, and it feels more like my Ravenna 9 - much better!

Overall fit feels tighter and instantly noticed they have less cushion in the ball of the foot. I've loved all my previous Ravenna and could just confidently order "my size", but too many changes have ruined a great shoe. I'm on my feet for 14-16 hrs a day and need trustworthy cushion and support. I also ordered Adrenaline GTS 19, those feel fine, may have to order another pair of those... just sad about my Ravennas

I enjoyed running in the Ravenna 9s but these are uncomfortable. The cushioning is drastically reduced meaning for middle or long distances runs they are not fit for purpose. I wish the difference to the previous version of the Ravenna had been made clearer and I would not have wasted my money. Have now lost faith in the brand.

I've been a faithful Ravenna wearer for about 10 years. This model is my lease favorite. It doesn't give me the performance I've enjoyed with the earlier versions. Very disappointing. I've been looking all around for older versions, but can't locate them. So sad and I'm open for suggestions for an alternative.
