For those that do not know the whole concept of cotton shrinking in a dryer anything that is 100% cotton is 100% going to shrink in the dryer. That's why you size up. Unless of course you plan to always line dry the shirt or whatever it may be. My fianc loves this line of shirts, and I've bought him several colors. This IS the second white one I've had to buy, but only because he wore the first one SO much. In conclusion, check the specs and what material your clothes are made of.
