Im 5'10 160lbs to 165lbs athlete build because I do judo and wrestle. Small fits me like a glove just how I like it.

Love the colour and design. But after one wash at the recommended settings it says (30 degree's delicate) the green has run into the white stripes and tinted them a very pale green!! Which is annoying!! But still looks ok.

Material is soft and easily washabile. Warm to wear but not restricting in warm weather. A perfect piece of clothing.

Fits snugly and is perfect for Autumn runs. On colder days I wore as a layer under my running jacket.

The training top is comfortable and is ideal when I go out for walks. The top is fairly big for its size that was ideal for my needs. The top was good value and blue is my favourite colour.
