I love the shoes however customer service has let me down. I did a review on the very 1st pair we purchased then tried to use the coupon, it didnt work. I reached out to Customer Service and still have not heard from someone. I understand this is a busy time but its been at least 2 weeks and still have not received any form of communication. I love the shoes but makes me sad that I cant get questions answered or a follow up.
