I have worn my shoes now for a little bit the insoles are flat and For the amount of money I dont think the should be flat after a couple weeks

The shoes themselves are great I just didnt pay attention to how shiny they were when I got them and I dont particularly love the shine I was looking for something different

Could not wear them because were too tight across instep and not comfortable in the toe area. I wanted to return them but could not because did not have tags that were attached to shoe. i wanted to replace the elastic strings but could not get then out without cutting the little covers on the ends. of course then I could not return them for that either. Now I have a pair of expensive shoes that I cannot wear. Will not buy anymore shoes from this company.

They dont fit my foot right and hard as a rock

I love the shoes but when I got them a tassel was missing.

Shoes are great; the fit, comfort, look...but since customer service does NOT answer emails, or facebook messages, ill post my complaint here...I placed an order on 11/27 (it's 01/11/21) and HAVE NOT gotten my shoes. DO NOT ORDER from this website, order from a reputable merchant. I got my order the first time, but this second time I have not. Read their BBB and Facebook comments, I'm not alone here.

Shoe was extremely tight on one foot and fine to the other. My other pair fit perfectly but these ones fit totally different.

Was not the right line of shoe or the color. They were some seriously ugly shoes.Even the confirmation email showed a different color but had the correct description. Maybe an honest mistake but the box was beat to snot too. Overall, I was disappointed. I would have exchanged but there is No way I could get another pair by Christmas with the shipping time. They are in mail for return.

First time buyer. Shoes were very light weight which is fine but slipped on the floor constantly. Fit a little wide and looked like old lady shoes once I put them on. Not a fan.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes the same size (11) one was correct & the other was at least 1 full size smaller. Both were marked as 11 but clearly werent.

I purchased on Black Friday and was super excited, Ive wanted a pair of hey dudes forever and finally purchased due to the sale. Unfortunately I ordered a half size smaller than my regular shoe size and they were still too large, I immediately emailed the support line to get an exchange, so I could purchase a smaller size and return the ones that were too large. I am going on over a week with no response from support. So I decided to just do a refund online and bite the bullet of the extra cost, it stated that if I picked store credit, I would immediately get a code to repurchase a new pair. 2 days later I have still not received the code to reorder. So now my concern is how will I receive my money back, if I cant get in touch with support. They shoes themselves were very comfortable, and good quality. Just needed to exchange for a smaller size.

The sole inside is separating after wearing them one time. They look fine on the outside but inside looks cheap!

Light weight design is very creative, but there is t any support and the size runs bigs. I ordered two pairs and had to return one and kept the other as I did wear them to try it out. Unfortunately I cant return the others per their policy theres not allow one shoes to be returned.
