they run big! I wear a 6 and I could have ordered 5.5 they would fit better!

Here's the thing, I LOVE HeyDudes, so much that I just ordered replacement soles for my current pair and then the Chambray Off Black Pair. However, when i received my package, it was an empty box and I still have not been able to get a hold of customer service. I 100% recommend HeyDudes to all of my friends, but good luck if theres any issue with your order.

The shoes I bought were a Mothers Day present. Before I completed the purchase, it showed they were guaranteed to arrive the Thursday before Mothers Day. If I would of know other wise...... I probably would of bought elsewhere. Needless to say we didnt get them until the Friday after Mothers Day. Shoes are amazing but when they promise you one thing but ends up being something different...... that sucks

Shoe is very light with little support or cushion. The light colored shoe got super dirty with one day wear in the town and very hard to clean. Should have gotten darker color or sprayed with a protective coating before use.

Too big. Not true to size. I can't wear them so I don't know if they are comfortable or not!

Returning this item has been rather difficult. If you are between sizes- size down.

I usually wear a 9 1/2 on shoes. So ordered a size 9 and they were too big. Seem to be comfortable but wish they were the right size.

I haven't really worn them yet since I mainly bought them for summer. So far they are okay. The other pair of shoes I bought for my daughter came in the wrong color, I see that a lot of shoes are out of stock and I had heard their customer service wasn't the best so we didn't even try to sent the shoes back because I didn't want to waste my time.

Love the shoe, horrible customer service Never even got a response But received emails almost daily for the new arrivals and restock.

I got the same Wendy shoe but different or and the fit is way off. This one is way tighter, more narrow. I actually had to take them off during work today because they were hurting. Bad thing is that I cant return them because Ive with them outside for half day. I hope they stretch out or I wont be wearing them and itll be money wasted without being able to exchange them

I purchased 4 pair of Hey Dudes for my family as a Valentines Day gift. I ordered them on a Tuesday morning and even paid extra for 2 day shipping to ensure they would arrive in time for Valentines Day, a Friday. Hey Dudes took my money for extra shipping then they were delivered on Monday, 3 days after Valentines Day. No explanation. No refund, not even a courtesy reply after I emailed questioning the issue. Shoes are good, but poor customer care.

Usually wear a size 8 1/2 sized down in hopes they would run big. Unfortunately they still ran big and had to tighten the strings to make them fit. Now they stick out super far. Was going to send back and exchange however all but two shoes were sold out after the big buy one get one 40% off sale.

We ordered shoes during the Valentine's Day Special. His were too big and mine fit fine. I contacted them because there was no option online to exchange and if I returned his only we were only going to get the 60% back and the sale was over so we would have to pay full price for new ones. I emailed them three times, received one confirmation that they were working on addressing the issue and nobody ever responded with a solution. Therefore I returned both and I suppose we will find some other brand that has support to purchase.

We recently just order 5 pair between myself and my husband. One set has seams that have a ton of thread and are pulling apart. They are only 2 weeks old... some cause for concern.

I am still very intrigued with the shoe, but sadly, they ran small. I usually wear a 9 1/2-10 in womens. I ordered a 10. The width was fantastic and I can see why people think they would be comfortable if they fit correctly. Unfortunately, my toe went to the very end and it was uncomfortable. I could feel the seam. I have to send them back. I know the next size up would swim on my foot so it saddens me that these ran small in length. I applaud the free return shipping and ease of the return process. I was easily able to download the shipping label and send them back via USPS. I am disappointed in the amount of inventory available online currently.

Thread already coming undone at seem at the toe of the shoe.
