This shoe is perfect for someone who is on their feet all day. My uniform is business casual and this shoe is perfect to dress up a more casual outfit or dress down a not-so-casual look. They are so light and soft that I feel like I am walking around barefoot all day and they don't hurt my feet. I wear size 10 and that size fit perfectly for me. I have a pretty average foot size when it comes to width and they aren't too narrow or wide for me. Between my two pairs, I wear these 95% of the time.

Round up 1/2 size. I normally wear an 8.5, ordered the 9 and they fit perfect!

These shoes are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. They are true to size. I usually wear between an 8 to an 8 1/2 depending on how the shoe is made, but with these the 8 fit like a dream.

Besides all the compliments that I get about how cute these shoes are with my skinny ankle jeans...I am mainly in love with these shoes because they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had!! I wore them once and immediately ordered another pair in a different color. They are easy to clean and have washed my light pair once already, came our like new. Quick and easy to slide on on the way out the door. Couldn't be happier with them! Thanks!
