I love Blondo boots and these are the best. They are warm, waterproof, and comfortable. With bunions I order 1/2 size larger. Then I wear thick socks for padding. I walked through snow & airports for 2 days. Highly recommended and worth the price.

These are lovely boots, but at size 5.5 they are definitely less than 16 inches in circumference (my calves are 15 inches, and I could barely zip them up). For this reason, I marked them as narrower than marked, but this only applies to the boot shaft. The shoe part of the boot is, on the other hand, larger. IF the shaft fit I would have sized down to 5. Other than that, if you have 14 inch calves, these are beautiful boots, nicely lined, seem comfortable and warm.

Wow, I can't believe I have spent so much money on a pair of boots. But these are superior in every way. I have very hard-to-fit feet with some nasty bunions and bunionettes (yes, that's a word!), flat(ish) feet. Not only do these fit perfectly, they are gorgeous!

I ordered both the 7W and 7 1/2W. Both boots were the same size. The 7 1/2W was in an unmarked brown box vs. "Bondo" box. The boots looked like they were worn by someone. The upper leather of the boot was creased (soles of shoes were perfectly new). Disappointing. I like the style.
