Love this boot have had a few pairs... but.... I had to return the last two I purchases this time. My issue is the HEEL... It's a boot you wear in the fall/winter... yet they cover the heal with leather strips that peel off soon after you have the boot... The second pair the rubber bottom of the heel started to peel off within less that a month of having the boots... WHAT"S HAPPENING... This is a great boot , but CHANGE THE HEEL !!!!! AND IT WILL BE AN EXCELLENT BOOT...

Fit my relatively narrow feet well with orthotics. Been looking all season for a mid-calf boot with a bit of a heel that fit my feet and calves (most are too big). These are quite cute and most importantly, comfortable! Good sole, warm, and don’t look gigantic. Perfect mix of casual and dressy.

I love these boots. The leather is buttery soft and the fur lining is so warm. I ordered my usual size 9 and they fit great. Unfortunately I have to return them. I have an ankle that turns out a bit and for some reason it will cause certain shoes to squeak when I walk. I know from past shoes that another pair won’t fix this. I still recommend them though since this is a personal problem. I will say they are very form fitting around the ankle. I have very skinny ankles and my skinny jeans were getting pushed out of the boots while walking

I gave 5 stars because it's very pretty style. Unfortunately, 7.5 W felt really tight even though it's W but length is fine. 8W the width is ok but my feet sliding back and forth even with wool socks. It may work with other people but not me. Have to return.

The most wonderfully well made and comfortable shoe you will ever buy. True to size, we’ll thought out and made. Would love to see more styles in this size.

I have not been able to test the waterproof feature yet, but these boots are fantastic. I wanted fur-lined boots to cover my ankles since all of my winter pants are essentially heavy leggings, and I refuse to wear the chunky Australian brand. These are beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and work appropriate. The fur on top is artificial, and the real fur extends on the inside to the entire ankle part of the boot into the top of the boot. The footbed is wool. They are VERY warm. They extend just beneath my calf. They do make a slight jingling sound when walking. A great alternative with beautiful style.

Super cute shoes but so so tiny. I'm going to return them for a larger size and hopefully they will work. I am usually an 8.5 to 9 and there was no 9 so I tried an 8.5 but even a nine would have been tiny.

This is a gorgeous boot, very warm, and very stylish -- but I found it uncomfortable with my high arches

I ordered a size 12 W, and they were way too narrow. Felt like a M. The boot itself is cute.

Nice warm boot, weather resistant with polished appearance. I’m in the upper Midwest and hate having cold feet so I was especially glad to find these with fur lining throughout. I prefer leather under my feet because it feels like they breathe better that way so I added a thin insole but it was perfectly comfortable without as well. Wide was perfect for a C foot; may be snug for those with wider feet. Agree with a prior reviewer about the leather heel wrapping being delicate but since they’re black and the boot is comfortable I am sticking with these!

I purchased a half size up as I was going to wear wool socks for an upcoming Christmas trip to a cold climate country. With a pair of wool socks these boots kept my feet warm and dry even in the rain. And with hours of walking tours daily, my feet were always comfortable. These boots were perfect for my 2 week vacation and also for every day use.

Where have these boots been all my life??? They are so well designed. Fully lined in a soft fur and super warm. They are very well made and the leather feels like a nice quality. Super comfortable and will keep my feet warm all winter. Very happy.

Absolutely the perfect boots!! I'd been looking for nice, but practical, black boots for a long time and finally found them! I'm a reliable size 7 but occasionally need a wider size. These boots in a 7W are perfect for me. They are incredibly comfortable and warm, with the bonus of great traction, while still having a more sophisticated look (vs sporty looking boots, which gets tiresome over a long winter). The shearling lining going up the boot shaft is super cozy. I look forward to putting these on every time I go out in the cold!

Great so far! Very fashionable yet sturdy for wet weather

I have tried several similar boots, but these were the boots that finally fit without my heel slipping up as I walked. I am between an 8.5 and a 9. The 9 fit better with ski socks but was slightly loose with thin ones. The footbed is so warm that I think normal socks will be fine. I kept the 8.5. They are adorable and the heel does not look as high when they're on, as it does in the photos. I love the fact that they are waterproof! Thank you Zappos for your wonderful return policy! I would have given up without that.

Warm, stylish and comfortable. I wear a narrow and these worked nicely with socks. Walked around blustery Chicago recently and my feet were the warmest part of me! Thanks

Gorgeous boot, arrived quickly, wish they had fit. I wear an 8, but sized up half size for the boot so I could wear socks comfortably. Unfortunately, even at an 8 1/2 M, no way I could put socks on, and even barefooted, they were snug. Run narrow, length ok. Would have tried for the 8 1/2 W, however, not in stock . . . alas, had to return them. For medium slim to narrow feet, if you want to wear socks, size up half size and should be perfect.

Poor quality. The left boot is roughly half an inch taller than the right boot. I would expect more from this brand.
