We ordered the last pair in her size, but they arrived damaged. The sole was missing most of the paint and there was a large brown scuff on the heel of the upper. It looked like they had been worn outside extensively. My daughter was crushed. She loves these and they look so cute on her, but I can't justify spending $56 on second hand goods. Maybe others will have better luck, but don't order the last size 3. :)

Zappos sent me used, dirty shoes. I was excited to finally find a pair of shoes that would fit my feet and be something I can wear as an adult only to be disappointed as soon as I opened the box. The shoes immediately appeared to have been a return: there was no shoebox (and the box they did send it in was big enough that I couldn't return it to one of their drop-off boxes, making it a hassle to return), the shoes were unzipped, and there was no packaging inside the shoes. The shoes were dirty on the bottom, the material was peeling off, and the heels had indents in the back as though someone had stepped on them from the top. I had the shoes in my house for no more than 10 minutes before I had the return label printed. I'm incredibly disappointed that these made it through their quality review process. I paid for a pair of new shoes, only to be sent used, damaged goods. I've included pictures of the "new" shoes I was sent.

I was sent used shoes. As soon as I opened the box, I saw that shoes came unzipped and without inserts so I suspected they were returns. The bottoms are worn and the material is already peeling off the back. The backs were dented in as though someone had been standing on the heels. I'll be returning them. I'm incredibly disappointed.

I had thought the zippers on the inside and outside of the shoes both worked; however, the ones on the outside are purely decorative and do not match the zippers on the inner section. That being said, it is still a cute shoe. It lifts a bit at the heel, so would definitely make sure to wear them with a thick pair of socks.

Nice boots. From the reviews I ordered down a half size and they fit perfect! I would recommend these. Very nice.

Great stylish shoe for my 9yo. Super comfortable and easy to get on/off. Per other reviews, I sized down and that was the right choice.

Shoes had been visibly used. Heel was worn down and scuff marks on the suede. Did anyone check these shoes before they were sent out as "new"? First time for Zappos for me.
