Very stylish boot but the shaft is very tall. For a shorter person the boot just hits all the wrong places. It is very stylish and the heel is a good height, although I would have preferred a bit more platform in the toe to keep the angle of the foot a little less severe. Two strikes against for this person.

I like the dressy look, but the shaft is pretty tall, when you sit and bend your knees the back cuts into the back of your knee.

Beautiful boots! I agree that the shaft is a little high, but it’s fine for me. I’m 5’10” and the boot comes up right below my knee. The rounded toe and thicker heel make this comfortable and still stylish. The boot has additional arch support so you get a nice “hug” on the arch when you wear it.

Very comfortable! If you have smaller calves, these fit great! Agreed the shaft is a little tall but that makes them feet for skirts and dresses. I’m 5’12, and they come to just below my knees. The material is very soft.

I am 5' 10"' in bare feet so I LOVE the height of the boot shaft on these Boots. The leather is supple soft and the fabric liner keeps my feet comfortable and dry. The boots are well made and high quality. I purchased them in Black and wish they were available in additional colors because I WOULD purchase them. I wore them around the house for a few hours then out to shop dinner and dancing. The heel height was very comfortable after an 8 hour day of wear! I would recommend these boots to anyone looking for quality stylish comfortable boots. They are real leather upper and I LOVE THEM!

HATED returning this boot. I always wear a 10 in boots, needed to exchange for a 10.5. In the long run I couldn't get over the look of how this boot swallowed my legs. I am 37 but looked like a kid trying on my parent's shoes.

These are so cute on and I really want to keep them as they are comfortable except for the fact that as others noted they hit right under my knee and if you sit, they are very uncomfortable. They also look a little tall and hit the knee too high on me as well. But I do love the styling and I wish they worked for me.

These are beautiful boots but I am just under 5'3" and they are a skosh too tall for me.

I should have paid more attention to the reviews that other people wrote. The boot is too tall. The shaft goes right up to the knee and hits you in a place that is uncomfortable and makes the boot unwearable.

The shaft on the boot is quite tall and narrow. I usually wear a regular-width boot, but this one was quite tight. The style is beautiful and the "shoe" part fits perfectly. I am sad to return it.
