I loved this firm graduated compression (20-30mmHg) sock. I've worn it on multiple flights of 10 - 12 hours and a 34 hour travel day of multiple flights. It did a great job of keeping my feet swelling to a minimum. It does take a little time to get it on. I've machine washed and tumble dry many times and sock still looks and feels good. I'm very happy that it comes in sizes as socks which are "one size fits most" are typically too long for my foot. I wear a size 5-1/2 in running shoes and the SockWell sock size S-M fit well -- the heel did not ride up the back of my ankle.
