The 7.5M (U.S.) is what I usually wear, which I ordered and it fits. At first, it was a bit tight around the toe box, but that is a typical problem for me. In this case, the leather is beautiful and supple, and after a few times wearing them the shoes are now comfortable. Not super stylish, but just a nice easy-to-wear shoe, especially with pants and jeans. The heel provides sturdy support and the subtle platform part is a cute addition. I paid the original full $184.95, which is about what Ara pumps typically cost. That's a little pricey for me, but Ara shoes are good quality and last a long time.

As soon as I put this shoe on, you can tell it is high quality. The fit was perfect, it came up across my toe box just enough to cover over a slight bunion. Many times, shoes are cut low and cut right across a bunion. Good heel height for a business shoe where you'll be on your feet all day, and still look stylish.

Very comfortable classic black pump - with just enough heel height to look dressy or for work but comfortable enough to stand and walk - not "trendy" but great if you want a comfortable classic pump. When i put them on they looked like every airline attendant's shoes. They also squeaked when worn barefoot but were fine with "peds" or hose. So odd that they made noise - in fact I exchanged them and both pairs did the same thing (beginning to think its something in Zappos storage as I have had noise issues with leather shoes at Zappos on several occasions) . So if you want a solid, comfortable pump - nothing fancy and suitable for work and events, this shoe is great. IT was comfortable out of the box and needed no break in.

I'm not sure if I was sent a mislabled box as the size on the outside said both 8 and 10, and these shoes were huge on my feet. I usually wear between a 7.5 and an 8 and went for an 8 because of the comment on the 7.5 toe box being tight. It was a shame because it was otherwise a really nice looking shoe with great padding. I may order another pair in the 7.5 as the SOFT shoes that I kept instead have been making a very odd noise when I walk.

I’m a 10.5 / 11 in most times shoes don’t come in 10.5 and in wide. I got these and they were a bit long. Fit in toe box great. Would order 10w but your out. I did like the arch padding and made a big difference compared to the others i tried on.

I think I would have liked them if they had fit. They were huge, not even close to being the right size

This is probably 2 sizes too big. I'm a 5.5 in most all shoes (35 in Birkenstock which is a steady size in all styles). This 5.5 is more like a 7.5.
