These are very comfortable heels! The cushioning in the instep is excellent, although there is not much arch support (I have very high arches). The heel height is comfortable and feels very sturdy for the width. They look great too. It did take me three tries to get the sizing just right and I ended up about a half size larger than some of my other dress shoes, so I think they run on the small side.

Very good! I like the padded insoles! I would recommend this.

Love love love these! I bought the blue in wide width because of my bunions and they are a perfect fit! SO comfortable. Perfect heel height - a little something, yet wearable. Might get them in another color!

I somehow didn't realize they're basically a stretchy fabric. However they still work well for work, and they're very comfortable.

These shoes are cute and comfortable, but the sizing is bizarre. I bought the black nappa ones a few months ago, in my regular size (6.5 C), and they were perfect. They are by far my most comfortable shoe and they fit as if they were made for me. When the plaid elastic came out, I ordered them in the same size, figuring that since it was the exact same shoe, it should fit the same. They were HUGE. I looked like a little girl playing dress-up in her mother's shoes. . I had to go down a full size, to 5.5 C, and even then they are a bit loose and I will have to add cushions at the ball of the foot to make them truly fit right so I don't have to keep my feet tense to prevent walking out of them.

I wear a 6.5 W and these were true to size. Comfortable for moderate walking, would not want to be on my feet all day but decent for office wear. Love the look and soft feel!

These fit great right out of the box. The upper material is amazing - not tight at all. They're not super stylish, but they are very versatile and they fit just right. I will wear them often.

I wore this shoe to work, right out of the box! The leather is soft. The heel height and shape is also perfect. The only negative I have is the shoe rides high on the top of my foot and looks almost dowdy.

Need to return because it feels a bit large but otherwise looks good and seems comfortable.

I love Rockport pumps, they are usually my go to brand. Was looking for a low kitten heel that was comfortable for a conference where I am going to be on my feet. Width was great and overall fit, the only issue is that the throat is too high and therefore presses into the top of me feet. I have the Kaiya pump in a higher heel, and the throat is lower on those. Sadly having to return these.

Such a pretty shoe! Unfortunately, it runs small, and the leather is soft, so my toes inside the shoe made for weird lumps, instead of a graceful curve to the pointy toe. I didn't want to risk going up a size, but for some people it may help.

I had to keep these and wear them because I had run out of time, but the toe was narrow and a bit painful. The next size up was way too big, so even though this was supposed to be my size, the fit wasn't comfortable. I thought the elastic would add to the comfort of the shoe, but it didn't.

Initially like the fit! I had ordered same size in a wide and my heel kept slipping out. However, after wearing them for a few hours here in the office I was having the same problem. Looking for a nice Navy pump that I can wear for my daughters wedding and slippage won't work for me, so I have to return them.

This was a beautiful shoe. Unfortunately it was just not comfortable and I had to send back. It was tight in the toe area and felt hard on the bottom of the foot despite having what appeared to be adequate padding. I really wanted to keep this one, but just could not justify it. Zappos delivery and return was awesome as usual.

I found these to have great support ( at least walking around my house at the end of a long, long day) but they were really narrow. I ordered the same shoe in wide and hoping that does it. I love the pointed toe for dressy occasions and am crossing my fingers.

Comfortable, but beyond unattractive. Plus they had an odd trim around the edge of the leather upper, almost like a black ribbon. Weird and super ugly shoe. They went back.

I usually wear a 8 1/2 or 9 so I ordered the 9. It was too cramped in the toe box so would have been uncomfortable. The shoe is a standard black shoe.

Not very comfortable. Pressed against my bunions. Had to send back.
