These shoes are gorgeous as pictured. The first pair I ordered were blemished on the white patent leather as another reviewer noted. Returned and ordered a new pair and those came blemished/scuffed as well. It doesn’t seem like the scuffs can be removed so sadly I will return this pair too. Super disappointed because I’ve been looking for a gorgeous pair of black and white pumps for a while.

Love these shoes! The 85mm height is walk all day comfortable while still elongating the legs. The leather is very soft, there was no break in period with these shoes. I am glad I heeded the reviews and went up 1/2 size. My normal 7 was tight, the 7.5 is perfect. I wear a lot of black and these shoes will add interest to a monochromatic outfit. This is my first Tory Burch purchase and I'm sure it won't be the last. These are well made, high quality shoes with a chich look at a very good price point.

I absolutely love these shoes ,they are very classy and feel very good on. I had to return the first pair because I didn't follow the advice on the other reviews , I had to order a size up the return was a breeze, excellent customer . I wear a size 8.5 M had to return for a 9 M and I love them.

Bought this shoe originally in navy and black and loved the look and comfort. I ordered another recently in black and ivory. First attempt, the wrong size was shipped. Second attempt, there was a blemish on the ivory patent leather tip. Ordering a third and final time. Hoping this order will turn out ok. That’s how much I love this shoe. I ordinarily wear a 9.5 but this shoe does run a half size small. Would recommend ordering a half size larger.

I alway love fine heel pump, I had to go up half size, then they are super comfy and beautiful!

With my first pair of these Tory Burch pumps, the toe point bend out of shape after wearing once. Zappos replaced right away, and I love the replacement pair. I have been wearing somewhat regularly for several months now, and they are comfortable (for a pointy heel) and have held their shape that would be expected with the price. The second experience has shown this to be a quality shoe.

So, the shoe is beautiful in person, but I usually wear a size 9 but ordered 9.5 taking the advice of the reviewers, and it still felt snug. I will try a size 10 and see if the fit improves. Height is very comfortable. It kinda barely grips the heel though, so beware.

These are gorgeous but the sizing is like no other brand I’ve encountered. I usually wear size 5 or 5.5, and sometimes a 6, if a shoe is cut small. I had to size up to 6.5 in this shoe. So, other reviewers say go up at least a half size, but keep in mind you probably should size up at least a full size, if not more. Once I found the correct size, they’re comfortably balanced for the heel height. I’m glad I thought outside my usual sizing and went up so far. I almost missed the opportunity to have these in my wardrobe.

Very nice pumps but runs small. Go half size larger if you want to purchase.

I love the look of these shoes. They feel a little smaller than any size 8s that I own.

This is a beautiful shoe, for the price. I followed the advice and ordered half size up, and I glad I did. Im normally a solid 8, but so many people said these run small. I probably could have worn the 8, but with no breathing room. The 8.5 was “roomy”, probably a tiny smidge wide. If you tend more towards 7.5-8 I’d stick with 8, but if you don’t like your toes crunches or tend more towards 8-8.5, then I’d size up.

I ordered the hot pink color and while I love the color, I didn’t expect a satin fabric upper, so I’m a bit disappointed in the potential that they’ll get stained easily, especially since the upper sticks out over the edges of the soles. Also, I usually wear size 5 or 5.5, so ordered size 6. I may need to size up to a 6.5, which has never happened in my life. The toe box is too pointy for how short it is. I feel like the length is mostly good, but the toe box is really narrow, more so than Manolo Blahniks, which is saying something. So, I recommend sizing up even 1.5 sizes, but at least one size.

They appear to be beautiful shoes. However, the heel coverage does not reach high enough up over the heel. It's not a matter of being too "loose" in the heel, per se, because that would imply a problem with the heel width. These shoes are not too wide or too loose - they just don't reach high up enough on the achillles to feel as if they will stay on. I ordered another color scheme in this exact same shoe, and that pair not have this issue at all. Bizarre.

Although beautiful, these shoes fit a half size small and very narrow. I actually have a relatively narrow foot & tend to like styles that suit my narrow feet, but these were so tight the ball of my foot disinterest in the appropriate foot area. I wanted to keep these so badly, but they were too painful to keep and I returned them.

Beautiful shoes. Very uncomfortable. After reading reviews, I ordered 1/2 size larger than i typically wear, but the shoes are still too small, and the toe box felt awkward. Unfortunately, I will be returning these very pretty shoes. Thankfully, Zappos makes that very easy!
