I've been buying the Easy Spirit Travel Time shoes for years. They have been my go-to shoes that accept custom orthodics and are very comfortable for a foot that has had major surgery. Since retail stores that carry them have diminished, I have been ordering them online with poor results. The sizing is no longer true to the label. I've returned 3 out of 4 pairs recently because they were too tight (all same size and same style)

The fit and size are perfect and true to your advertisement ! I put them on and it was like I was cinderalla, "the shoe fit". Now I need my prince charming. Just joking but Zappos shoes are wonderful ! The staff that helps you and you get your shoes in one day ! They look JUST like they do on line in most cases, but in a few cases, they are lighter than they are on line. I want a deeper pink and am having a difficult time finding a darker pink/rose shoe. Travel time has plenty of toe room also. It is the only shoe I can wear, I had surgery and my foot is all metal inside, the Easy Spirit traveltime is the only reason why I can leave my house with shoes on my feet. So Bless you Zappos Diana

These shoes are lightweight and as my foot is on the narrow side I buy a medium width if I am going to wear socks and a narrow if going without socks or wear a very thin sock. I have several pair of Easy Spirit shoes and am happy with all of them.

Bought these for my wife who owns another couple pair in different colors however, these were available in AA width which has been almost impossible to find. Her other pairs need extra insoles to help make them fit. Her reaction to these, overall, is fantastic!

Not sure how I missed the glittery silver sparkle but there it is. Just wanted a simple grey pair of Traveltimes. No thanks on the sparkly grey.

The shoe fit, but it would be nice if it had a little "give" to it in the instep

Shoe did not feel stable for a lot of walking which is why I want a new shoe.

I purchased two different styles of Easy Spirit mules and this one did not work out, because it was, at least, one whole size smaller than anticipated. The other shoe that I purchased at the same time fit perfectly. So each style will have extreme variations in size. Unfortunate, since you must send them back and either forget it all together or get a different size and try again! We used to have an Easy Spirit store, but it went out of business. I love their mules and will continue to buy them.

All of the shoes made in China and Vietnam run AT LEAST a full size or 2 sizes smaller because they all have extremely tiny feet and hands and think other countries are built as tiny as them. They and the vendors also cut corners to save $$ and force us to buy bigger sizes. They don’t care because it’s all about the bottom line. I already ordered a larger size because of wearing socks; maybe I should’ve ordered 3-4 full sizes larger?? Companies here in the USA do not care either because someone else will buy them so why would they complain to the manufacturer or vendor ?????? The Asian countries really know how to stick it to us. I’ve never returned so many shoes in my life. Just ludicrous.
