I have wide Fred Flintstone feet. I have the hardest time finding sandals. I sent back 2 pairs of Crocs that were much narrower than crocs I had bought years ago. With that being said, the Spenco flip flops were perfect for me in the wide. Arch support was just right for my flat feet. Very comfortable when walking any distance. Their design is spot on and attractive. I bought the black.The bands on top of the foot are soft and doesn’t hurt the arthritis that plagues me. Over all a 5 star review! They’re worth the money.

I am former orthaheel-vionics evangelist so you know my standards are high for flip flops I like these because the top park is snug on my foot and there is elastic built on so they stretch properly when I walk. I hope that it doesn’t loose too much, which was a main complaint about vionics flip flops today. Also the Foot bed is nice and firm which I like.

These sandals are supportive and not too "flip-floppy," having little flexibility in the sole. I need stability and arch support, so it works. They are masculine looking and there is nothing hip or cute about them. A wide option is not available in many brands other than Vionic, and these are actually wide. I love the deep heel cup which keeps them on my feet without having to scrunch up my toes.

I love these sandals! I have serious foot issues including over-pronation, tendinitis, and PTTD and have had several pairs over the years. I can wear them around the house all the time. They are supportive (even for being flip-flops), comfortable, and do not exacerbate my symptoms. Spenco does an excellent job of creating a great sandal for people with foot problems. Well-done!

i was expecting more than what was delivered in a $60 flip flop. just molded plastic with a bit more than the standard arch support. no cushioning.

Over the years I have owned many pairs of this sandal. My podiatrist origionally sold them in his office, and when he stopped I found them on Zappos. (Yea Zappos) I always order the same size and they always fit exactly the same. This pair is completely different. The foot bed is exactly the same, but the thongs are REALLY loose - so loose that it's hard to keep the shoe on my foot. I am so disappointed. Why they changed their template is beyond me. They were the perfect shoe for anyone with wide feet who wanted a little arch support in a flip flop. And they didn't look frumpy, which most shoes for people with ":special": feet do.

The first week was an adjustment and the sandals felt hard. Once they soften a bit, they became my go to shoe. I work from home so I used them 24/7 (indoors and yard activities thus far). I have flat and wide feet. This sandal may be on the pricier side, but the material is high quality and I do not see myself replacing these by next season... which what usually happens with cheap flip flops. Give them a try!

I have an older pair of Speno Yumi thong sandals that I have worn for years. I loved them! I recently bought a new pair that are not made the same. They no longer have the leather top part which was very cooling in the summer on my feet. I will keep these but plan to look for a different new brand. I would not recommend this sandal. These are cheap materials.

Right out of the box these sandals fit well! I think they will look good with most outfits and are ideal for everyday/running errands. I wore them only in my condo a few days, it didn’t take long to “break them in”. If you don’t wear them often/frequently the sole/arch support is slightly uncomfortable for a few seconds initially. I haven’t walked in them/worn them for a full day or a long distance yet, but I think they will do well!

These flip flops were fantastic. I have wide feet and all sorts of problems such as fallen arches, plantar fasciitis and problems with anything between my toes. As a result, I was having a hard time finding a flip flop that I could wear. The minute I put these on my feet, I knew I made a great choice. They were so comfortable, I wore them all day long with no problems. I found no problems with cheap material as some reviews stated. I thought they looked very nice and the sole seemed to perfectly mold to my foot like they were made for me. Previously, I was measured by a foot doctor as having a 9 1/2 C sized foot. After reading reviews, I ordered a 9 w and they were perfect. I bought the black but because I loved them so much, I plan on ordering more in different colors.

These are the best flip flops I've ever owned. I too have "Fred Flinstone feet" and finding a C width in this style is nearly impossible. They fit great and they don't make that annoying "thwapping" sound that most flip flops do when I walk. I've always hated walking flip flops and couldn't imagine why other people loved them so much. These are so comfortable, and my feet feel so stable in them I wore them for hours after trying them on. Although they aren't water resistant I wear them in the steam room and shower at my gym. I make sure to wipe them off with a towel and take them out of my gym bag to dry completely. I love these and will definitely purchase them again.

Buy these for my wife she had the same pair but the dog chewed them.She loves them,very comfortable,and great support.No regrets

love them! not slippery when wet. great arch support. the wide is actually wide. look good too.

I need a WW but was not able to find any thong backless sandals in that size and these conform to my foot very well. My widest point bunions hang over but the straps do not pinch them (my last pair of thongs had an adjustable strap, those are no longer available) They are very comfortable and look sporty. One slight negative is that there is a raised logo at the inside heel which is a little irritating at first.

Basically very good; however, the toe bed was too narrow .. seemed more like a width of B.

This is my second pair of this flip-flop. My first pair lasted about 10 years. I wear these mainly around the house. I need the support since I have plantar fasciitis and pronation. I gave it only four stars for style because I'd like to see it in some fun colors to wear outside of the house. But this shoe has excellent support.

I love these sandals so much and have bought more than one pair. I wear these almost all the time and they're so comfortable!

My "around the garden" shoes! Works well if they get wet, dirty. Just leave them by the door and they're there when needed. They take up no room, can be cleaned easily, and keep my feet safe from rocks, bugs, and outside critters.

I have the worst time with sandals because my arches collapse and my ankles roll. These are fabulous, comfortable and keep my feet supported as much as a sandal can.

Love these flip flops! I’ve searched far and wide for a comfortable pair of flip flops that don’t hurt my feet. These are wonderful the moment you slide them on, and have the best support ever!

These shoes are amazing! I have had bouts with planar fasciitis off and on and these pretty much prevent that! Used to get them at my local Big 5 but lately they haven't had my size. Thanks Zappos!
