I ordered a 9 W, my regular size. The shoe was not wide enough in the toe box, too short and did not have arch support nor "the roll" I usually get when I push off in a walking shoe.

These were so odd fitting and uncomfortable.

I wish NB would go back to the 1260's, which I loved and have 3 pairs of now. I was told by them that this is the new shoe in it's stead and very disappointed not only in style, lack of cushioning and arch support but also that it's made in China. Back they go and onward with my search. I don't understand why when a company makes a great shoe, they have to then go and change it. Very disappointed in NB lately.

The depth of the shoe is less than I am used to in New Balance shoes. The mess fabric has rubbed on the top of my foot and toes making them uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. I would not buy this style again.

This shoe was comfortable at first, but within 10 minutes the pressure from the elasticized tongue was too much. If you have a high instep, these might not be the best shoe.

I had high hopes for these shoes which unfortunately they did not meet. The best way I can describe them is like walking in ski boots. The stability is much to rigid. While they did not feel tight, they must have been slightly narrow (for a wide) because I got a pretty good sized blister on the side of my big toe. These had to be returned. Thank you as always Zappos for your wonderful return policy. I am trying another pair of NB.

Love the look of these shoes but the love ends there, no support at all, felt flimsy. Sending them back.

These shoes felt a bit tight for a medium and a tiny bit short. Something in the interior sewing around the outside front kept catching on my sock. They are a return for me

I found the way the tongue of the shoe was attached to the bed of the shoe to be very confining and uncolmfortable around the arch of my foot. Loved the look of the shoe.

This is supposed to be the replacement for the New Balance 1260 which I’ve worn for years and love. This is the most uncomfortable sneaker I’ve ever worn and would return it if I could. Just awful. Painful in the arch and ball of foot and can barely walk after wearing for a simple dog walk.

Long-time New Balance fan and loved the 1260s that have been discontinued. These were recommended as a replacement, and am paying the price. These come up very far in the heel, something that I didn’t notice out of the box. They initially felt great! After wearing, I noticed they hurt my heels and caused blisters and bleeding on the same place on both heels. No amount of trying to break them in would fix the problem. Wish I could still return them, but I wore them in an effort to try to break in, and now I’m out $130. Please New Balance, bring back the 1260!

I have tried two pairs of these sneakers and I feel my left foot feels like it is pronating- not sure why. I always have had good luck with New Balance sneakers.
