Too small. Gave to my daughter because I didn't want to pay $7.50 return fee. She said they are too narrow.

My favorite shoes! I have had two pair of these (black / leopard print) for several years and have nearly worn the tread off both pairs. These old shoes are so comfy. I have worn them to work, to church, to the garden, everywhere. They are as soft and light as bedroom slippers. So, I ordered three more. I am so disappointed. They are the "same size" as my old ones but are actually much shorter. Painfully shorter. If I return them I will be charged $22.50. So I have been trying to make them stretch. I filled a pair with water and put them in the freezer. It did not help. Next I left a pair outside in the sun until they were hot, then I put them on. It did not help. So I will not be ordering crocs again. Even the 25% off coupon that was enclosed with the order had expired before I received it. Good grief. My advice: Only purchase crocs from a store where you can try before you buy.

This shoe has been changed. I have had at least 6 pairs or possibly more over the years. The rubber wears down on the sole, but that never bothered me. I have worn these shoes on my trips to NYC, Paris, London, Denmark and generally all over from casual occasions and work settings. They never had rubbed me or caused blisters until the newest pair. My most recent purchase of the same trusted shoe has changed. It fits more narrow along the heel. My feet had terrible blisters. I used to tell everyone about this shoe. It honestly was my daily shoe and travel shoe. I could walk for days (literally walk forever) with no blisters or sore feet. The last pair I bought rubs your heel terribly. It makes me sad. I took only those shoes on my last trip to Europe and my feet were bleeding. So disappointed.

The color was described as espresso, which looks black. It's actually dark brown.

They came smaller than my last ones, which were exactly the same. I sent them back, personally paying the postage. I have not received notice or a refund

As a hostess in a restaurant where I am required to wear slip resistant shoes, I was looking for a feminine shoe. The description stated this shoe was slip resistant and it definitely is NOT slip resistant. Now I have a feminine shoe in which to do my yardwork.

The 8 is too small and the 9 is too big. The 8s hit my big toe and the 9s fall off. I would own more crocs if they made half sizes. I can only wear the sandals because I truly am a half size and I can't size up or down. Very disappointing

No quality assurance anymore from Crocs. Went to the store and did a comparison and the shoes sent to me were grossly huge and hideous. Felt like hard plastic on my feet. This is what happens when companies cut corners for profit. Won't be shipping with Crocs anymore.

I have purchased at least three pairs of these shoes always in size 10 and they fit. This time they were so big they fell off my feet. I called to talk with a customer service representative who told me that you changed manufacturers and so the sizing was probably different I should purchase a sine 9. When they arrived they were way to small. I was upset because I have to pay return postage of $7.50. So I called again and was told to go to the store. In the store all the size 10 pairs of this shoe fit perfectly. The one pair was mismarked and cost me $7.50 in postage and at least another $7.50 to drive to the closest store. This was a very unhappy experience.

This looks about a size smaller than a pair of Kadee Work Flats that I previously bought. Sending back. Will probably not buy online any more. Sizing is not consistent. The picture shows same style shoe, both size 9, the new shoe is on the right. You can see how much smaller it is.

I have several Crocs shoes and I have a Kadee graphic work flats that I think is perfect. I bought this regular Kadee flats thinking that they will be as great. Im regularly size 7.5 on other brands but a size 7 with Crocs. When these Kadees arrived,the right shoes feels bigger than the left shoes. I bought my daughter a size 8 and thats how it felt when I tried my size. I compared the length of this Kadee to my Kadee graphic work shoes and they are the same length but the regular Kadee feels bigger for the right shoe. Im not sure if this is factory defect,possibly wrong label for the size. Im still waiting for a reply from Crocs if I can have it replaced without being charged for the shipping but Im not sure if this will happen. I suppose I need to stop buying Crocs for now.

Loved the style, but the size 10 was way too big. I wear size 10 in multiple other crocs. Not worth it to pay pay $7.50 to return them.

I've owned several pairs of Crocs for the past couple of years, and these Crocs were too small for a size 8!

Love the shoes but size run bigger

Please be very careful when ordering online. I ordered 2 pair - the exact same size and model, but in 2 different colors. Black and grey. The black was a bit too small and the grey was too big. They are supposed to be the same exact shoe! I measured both of the shoes from the seam in the front to the seam in the back and the grey pair is 5 cm larger. That is significant! Poor quality control. Both being returned.

Every single shoe fits wrong! 8 too big, 8 too small, 7 too big, 7 too small, 9 too big, 9 too small. The only thing consistent about CROCS is their inconsistent sizing!!!! Paying $7.50 to return (no exchange option), every time I receive a pair of shoes that DO NOT FIT makes me STOP BUYING CROCS!!! I AM DONE!!!!!

Very comfortable but they run big and fall off my feet. I did try to shrink them with blow dryer and they stretched out again. I will use them as slippers

Too tight by the toes!! Bought the same one two yesrs ago and those are great but the one i bought now is tooo tight. Hurts my feet

I which is this item through your website because of the shipper. FedEx delivers to my home. Now the shipping information says that USPS will deliver it, well they haven't. I am unsure when I will receive this item. This is frustrating as I would like to try them on to see if they fit.I am unable to return the item if I don't receive it.
