This shoe gives good foot support for general workouts and walking. I wear orthotics so ordered 1 full size bigger. The toe area is on the narrow side.

I became a New Balance fan years ago when I was running Marathons. I tried other shoes and always came back to New Balance. My marathon days are over but I play a lot of tennis and use the gym regularly. My latest 608s are amazingly comfortable. I swear I'm never going to buy another sports shoe than New Balance.

Purchased for my husband, who has been wearing New Balance sneakers for a lot of years. This pair fit him perfectly and are comfortable. Happy with the shoes and with Zappo's quick service.

As a professional Fishing boat Captain I am on my feet a lot, scale many a tuna tower up and down and even manage to beat into a head sea once in a while. New Balance provides good arch support grip and are a tough well constructed shoe.

I really like the looks and like the black shoelaces, instead of white like most athletic shoes! They do seem a little shorter than my other New Balance athletic shoes!

Purchased these shoes after my prior New Balance shoes experienced sole separation. New Balance Customer Service was very helpful in arranging a partial reimbursement that I used to purchase this pair. The new pair is performing well with no sign of a problem but it has only been a few weeks. They fit well and appear well made and are very comfortable.

These shoes are super comfy - great "mom" shoes. But size down at least 1/2 size. I typically wear 8, and had to exchange for 7-1/2, still some room, 7 might have worked too. Otherwise, love them!

I use this product very frequently to umpire adult Slo-Pitch games. These shoes are much lighter & more comfortable than my previous shoes.
Hopefully the stitching and leather quality are better in these shoes than the previous ones. Looking to get at least 5 years out of these shoes.

I use my New Balance Cross Trainers for long distance walking. I have been suffering with plantar fibromas on both arches for the past 7 years, which makes it very painful to wear sneakers that have the extra arch support in the insole. The New Balance Cross Trainers are very comfortable with the ABZORB insole, while supporting my feet and ankles in all of the right places.

These are great shoes for my morning brisk outdoor walk, 6 miles in an hour thirty. They replaced a trusty pair of New Balance that worked fine but "who knew", I recently found that I needed a wider width.....my feet didn't grow, I just never got that advice as an adult until just before this purchase. So these new shoes fit better than the old ones and have been great for the first 40 or 50 miles. You just can't beat the price for the comfort and quality, and you can't beat Zappo's customer service either.
