Nice looking but did not fit well at all. Too much room for my narrow foot.

Way too long to get refund on return. If order to get refund to buy the next size will take a month!!! Also was told cannot return to a local store.

Not a comfortable replacement to the 623, hurt my feet...

Unfortunately the shoe was too tight around my toes and i sent them back. I look forward to seeing a refund on my credit card. I will try again in the future as I rarely can find a black 10.5 4EE shoe in my local stores.

No cushioning, feeling like walking on cardboard. Very disappointed.

This was not good. The fit around the ball of my feet was so tight, the leather upper would never have stretched for a decent comfortable fit. Normally I buy a size 10 in this type of shoe, so I ordered a 10.5.. Still too tight. Walking feel was not what I expected.

They are supposed to have the nice comfortable memory insole, however they feel like I'm walking on rocks. These could be a bad pair, but I certainly prefer the 619s, which never seem to be available in the size I need. Time to try a new shoe brand?

I'll be sending them back. I have another pair of this same style (608v4w) that fit perfectly. These 608v5's do not. They were way too tight across the ball of my foot. SO I'm very disappointed.

I wear these shoes every day, and 608v4 fit perfectly. I bought v5 and could not wear them for eight hours. Something's changed across the ball of the foot. The toe box is looser and allowed my foot to roll when walking. I bought these for a walking trip and could barely make it through the grocery store.

I bought my 608's on August 11, 2019 and today is September 23, 2019. They have already worn away on the inside wall by the heal. I don't get it. They're just about six weeks old. Too bad, now I have to be honest and tell other consumers about poor of quality of the shoe. I've always wore New Balance for decades. They were my "Go To shoe " but not any more. :(

I order the 608V5 in Black size 9 2E. Upon the first lace up, one lace loop on the right shoe pulled out immediately. I returned the shoes. New Balance: PLEASE bring back the 608V4 mid height, one of your BEST all around designs.

The left shoe was slightly smaller than the right! Or, maybe the right was slightly larger. In either case, both shoes were too short (the left, slightly more so). I had to send it back.

This was my 3rd purchase of a 7W shoe. My previous two purchases fit perfectly. This shoe is so big, it was uncomfortable to wear. The sides did not support my foot at all. It was much, much wider than a regular wide fit shoe. I have since returned the shoe and gone into the store for a fitting and to purchase a new trainer that fit better.

I have bought this shoe for several years,but now they changed it. It has no arch support and it is flat on the ground, it is very uncomfortable. The shoe store gives me a 10 wide because I wear solo arch supports, but in this shoe it is very uncomfortable and it makes my feet slide down in the shoe causing corns on the end of my toes, which is very painful. I cannot wear them.. I just got them 2 weeks ago and they are useless. Worst New Balance shoe you ever made. I want my money back. Linda

I found that the toe was to small an area. shoe should be box toe

I put the new shoes on and the left one felt different - turns out that the left shoe had a right foot in-sole jammed in it - very uncomfortable.

I'm still waiting on return labels for both pairs.

I have been wearing NB shoes for years. These were my least

New Balance's first fail for me. Ordered a EE and they are to narrow in the toes.

On New Balance site did a search for 'slip ons' and this shoe came up. When I received the sneaker it was a lace up show and due to recent surgery is not good for me. I had to return the sneakers.

Very disappointed for this shoe runs small. Returned.
