Put one foot in and was shocked when my toe ran into the end/tip. Not just 1/2 a size off but at least a full size off. Geez, so disappointing! Never even tried on second shoe, returning ASAP.

Shoes are squeaking very loudly when wearing them.

I ordered my usual size but the shoe was cut too short and narrow.

I bought a pair of 608 on the website and the inside of shoe fabric at the side is ripping. I have only had them for about 2 weeks. This is the second pair I have had, had to repair the first pair because the stitching on outside was coming apart.

They are fine, not happy that the second pair I ordered that was not in stock was not backordered to supply

I was excited to get these shoe, because I really wanted some suede athletic shoes for winter, but when I opened the box I thought, "wow they look big." I put them on and they were so huge, I checked to see whether they were the size I ordered (8C) - which they were - or whether perhaps they were men's instead of women's - which they weren't. I've been wearing New Balance athletic shoes in size 8C for years and they always fit perfectly, but these seemed to be at least 2 sizes to large so with sadness, I returned them.

Large seam inside left shoe interferes with movement. Constantly stabbing at my little toe. Previous revisions of the 608 did not contain this flaw. I purchased two pair of the 608v5, both have this issue.

The sneaker hurt the front part of my foot after 1 hour so much that 2 days later it's still sore. I will be returning the shoe this week.

Love the sneakers but I'm having a problem with the insole I do not like the memory foam and I would like to get a regular install for them thank you

VERY disappointed for New Balance after recommendation from podiatrist friend-size was good but caused horrible blisters on top of my feet.

I have bought Nee Balance before and this shoe is not correct. One seems smaller than the other.

I found this on your website and ordered it. Now it is out of stock and never to return.

I restore motor cycles which causes me to be on my feet for some time. Work boots are ok to ware though not great for this line of work. The 608 are comfortable but my feet tarted o hurt as the day wore on. Now I will say it could be my legs, but if I ware my 577 or 623(which are the best ever) I dont have problems with my legs.

New pair of 608s toe came apart and you wouldn't even replace or discount a new pair!?! You lost a long time customer! Poor customer service!!

I was not happy with the shoes. They were very uncomfortable and I returned them. I am still waiting for my refund.

Like walking with no support whatsoever. Throwing this and another pair out. I guess the first pairs I purchased must have been v4. Great sneakers. At the end of the day my feet hurt unbearable. Throwing the two pair out.

There is no bounce and the feel real flat. I only wear new balance and don't like this one.

However, this shipment came complete with a load of hugh cockroaches. I have lived in LA for 30 years and this is the first time I have seen this type of cockroach. I will think twice about ordering again from new balance. ALthough my cats loved chasing the bugs.

Ulike the 409 New Balance sneaker which is No Longer Available .. it was the Perfect Fit Unfortunately, my newly purchased product 608v5 is very uncomfortable ... The 608v5 is NARROW in the TOE AREA & INADEQUATE in the TOE BOX height - NOT high enough to comfortably accomodate my toes. And I wear a D width and it is too tight! I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THESE 2 PAIRS OF 608V5s & GET A REFUND!!! Would definitely NOT recommend!!!!

I am replacing two pair of many years old 608's that I work outside in. I also have 2 psir of 990's that I love. I would have bought another pair of 990's but need an all leather pair of shoes. The leather on the new 608's where the laces start on the toe looks like it was too wide and puffs up. The right side of the left shoe does not look right. The sole is stiffer than I remember with the previous new 608's and are not as comfortable. I will keep these since they are for outside work. But will look for another shoe the next time.

My mother ordered these sneakers she usually wears 7.5. They were way too big for her both wide and long. I have been using them. I usually require 7.5 wide and still these shoes are too wide. I have to lace them so tightly that I had to cut a good 8 inches off the laces and the toe buckles as i have to lace them so tightly. And I have wide feet! They are also more like a size 8.

I have worn NB for many years and I have always had a great fit. This is the first time I purchased online and only because of coved -19, and the shoe is very uncomfortable.
