My husband was very happy with the shoes!We will order more..He has a very wide foot and they are very hard to find..

This are one of the few show I can wear with out pain. since the last time I bought these shoes in a store the retail price went up by twenty dollars and I have not been able to find them on sell either. it was nice to find the same item cheaper on Zappos

They feel small. They look good. I can't tell that they are not leather. I've worn NB walking shoes of various models exclusively for about 20 years and always ordered 9.5 4E and they always fit the same. My last pair, I decided to try the MX608v4 last year. To my surprise, they felt bigger than my usual 9.5 4E, especially in the heal cup. Now that they are wearing out, I decided to try the 608v5's. I was happy when I received them until I put them on. Within minutes, I was happy to take them off. They are small all over, especially the narrow toe box. The 608v5's have gone back. Thank you Zappos. What bothers me about New Balance is that every time I find a model that I like, the next time I need shoes, that model is discontinued and I have to find another model to buy. It's very frustrating. I'm now going to try the Nike Air Monarch IV.

Fit well. A little stiff but they will break in.

I bought these for my son, it's hard to find the right size of shoe. He tried them on and said they fit his feet good, and they are comfortable.

I bought these for my husband. He loves New Balance shoes because they come in wide width. These new ones in EE width fit him perfectly. He likes the "new" cushion insoles -- he says they feel springy. He also bought a pair in all black that he wears to work on casual dress day. He walks up and down stairs and is very comfortable in his new shoes. If you need a wider width, New Balance is the only option.

We ordered these shoes in white and black in size 9.5. The white shoes fit perfectly and were comfortable but the black ones were definitely a little shorter and narrower, so beware that quality control was a little off in these shoes.

I had a pair of 608v3 previously and when they wore out, I bought a more expensive walking shoe. I was not as happy with those, so went back and purchased the 608v5. I am very pleased. They fit well, and are true to size. I basically use them for walking shoes and they are supportive and comfortable. I am very pleased and will keep these on my buy list!

Pretty decent sneaker just for knocking around. It has noarch support. If you have Plantar Fasciitis like I do, a replacement is a must. I use a Finn Comfort Finnamic which is their soft insole. It’s very comfortable. Birkenstock had an even better one ..... their soft footbed ..... but they stopped selling it about 3 years ago. A decent sneaker but the NB 990v4 is light years better. Like walking on a cloud. I love the 990 ..... other guys don’t. I tried about 10 different styles of NB ..... thank you Zappos. Ended up with the 608 and the 990. To wear all day, I recommend the 990. A trip to the grocery store or to walk the dog, the 608 is fine. I ordered the extra wide. I usually take an “M” but the Finn Comfort insole squeezed the toebox Nd I was getting blisters. The slightly wider shoe fits perfectly. Never wore an extra wide in my 68 years until now. It really helped. Try it guys if you get frustrated. Worst that happens it doesn’t fit and you send it back .... free. I tried Nike, SAS, Mephisto .... a bunch. NB fit the best.

Idk what's going on with NB but these shoes are small and not as wide.

Inconsistent manufacturing led to poor fit. I've had 3 pair of this model and with this order, the size feels at least a half size too large. Could not wear them.

it feels loose all over,i had a pair a long time ago ,and chose to get pair now,i really liked the pair before,am sorry but am looking for a other brand of shoe

DID NOT FIT

Length just ok. Footbed lumpy. Toe box tight, squeezes toes. Arch slightly high (because shoe is short?). Heel good. Ankle ok. Overall, fit is marginally small. Light weight. Appearance so-so.
