Sizing off on new balance shoes especially for people who need wider toe bed

There was little arch support.

The fit is snug. I've got a big foot (women) and getting Zappo's New Balance 928 (9 1/2 D) for years. My usual sneaker went up in price drastically so I decided to give a different model a try. All l can say for it is that it is a snug fit and doesn't seem to "cradle" my foot like my other NB928D . I've been wearing it, but not looking forward to putting it on.

For years I've worn New Balance, size 9 M and have found them very comfortable. This recent pair was tight through the toes. They seem to be designed (cut) differently. Such a disappointment.

I am a regular size 8 & even sometimes a 7 1/2. NB shoes must run small. All 4 pair in my order were 1/2 size too short. I also hoped that something would have changed. I have narrow feet & a very narrow heel. As in the past, this heel is too wide for me. :(.

These are supposedly narrow, but they are not, they are more like a regular medium. They also have zero arch support. They also are the warmest workout shoes I've worn in the past 5 years--as if they are constructed of a man-made synthetic vinyl.

I would like to return, they make my feet burn and make walking very unpleasant. Can I return them, I have the origginal box and package. Iam 93 . Please let me know. Thanks

I didn't like the shape of the shoe - I like a more rounded toe.

I have a pair of this exact same sneaker which I bought a couple of years ago, and are wearing out. I foolishly expected the SAME SHOE to fit the same way. New Balance has narrowed the toe by at least a quarter of an inch, and widened the heel. So, my toes are crushed and my heel falls out of the back. I found a pair of Merrills at an outlet, which fit the way my original NB pair do.

I normally really like New Balance sneakers and find them comfortable, but these shoes were very oddly shaped and uncomfortable. I couldn't tell from the online photos that these shoes are really clunky and oddly shaped. The top is not flat like sneakers usually are, but the top is like a big dome, bubble shape. New Balance sneakers normally have pretty good support for my arches, but my arches were hurting after just 5 minutes of wearing these sneakers around the house. These shoes also had no give to them at all, they were extremely stiff, probably because of the synthetic leather material they are made out of.

This was the most uncomfortable walking shoe I've ever put on my feet. I received these in the right size, 7N but my feet were instantly in pain the moment I put these shoes on. While the design is attractive it does not make up for the lack of comfort.

Shipping was good, but this shoe did not feel or fit like the New Balance shoes I've worn for 20 years. It felt like a cheap imitation.
