The toe box was too narrow for me. When I tried them on they felt uncomfortable from the start. I always wear New Balance sneakers so I was dissatisfied.

These are very sturdy shoes, but not comfortable. The footbed is stiff and irritates the soles of my feet through my socks. There feels to be no cushioning at all. Not a great choice for me.

Hurt my feet as soon as I put them on, couldn't wait to get them off! Looked really cute, but very uncomfortable on the top of my foot. Not soft like New Balance shoes usually are and seemed very much too small. Returned. Zappos is so awesome about returning items with no hassle.

I have a high arch, wear a 6E and have been wearing New Balance for over 20 years. I have a supination problem, not a pronation problem. My current shoes are NB 624 which fit my feet just fine but NB no longer makes. The MX 608 does not come in a 6E. I am looking for a 6E shoe without a roll bar or any internal construction meant to help pronators. I would prefer a neutral shoe. It appears NB no longer makes a shoe that will accommodate my feet.

Fit was wrong. Toe box is too wide and loose. I've worn 608s for many years and this was not true to size.

I got these in the wide width fit. Originally they were supposed to be only my work shoes, but I found myself reaching for these shoes so much because of how comfortable they feel they turned into my everyday shoe. They are also super easy to wipe off if they get dirty. Truly a great purchase and they are still holding up almost 2 years later!

The size and fit of these New Balance were right on. They feel terrific on and have the support this flat-footed person needs. They are stylish and with their new bright shoelaces look terrific.

Just received them and they are perfect. So happy to have this older style that fits my size 10 1/2 super narrow foot so well. Needed new walking shoes for an upcoming trip and these are perfect. My feet are flat and have zero padding. My shoe has to fit and support my body as I am slim. Thank you Zappos for having these in stock.
