Great style. Great comfort. Sizing WAY off. Upon taking these out of the box, I thought I had been sent the wrong size shoe. They were visibly much tinier than my normal 7.5 size. For reference, my dress shoest/sandals/boots etc are all 6.5 or 7 (even a couple heels are 6) and I wear 7.5 in sneakers because I have foot problems with associated swelling whenever on my feet for a workout or stretches of time. That being said, a 7.5 is always roomy on me. For reference I have normal width feet but with very skinny heels (some New Balance sneakers in the past have even been too wide in the toe box on me and I've had to return). I put these shoes on. They felt more than a full size too small... more like a 6 or 5.5. My foot was squeezed in every direction. I actually checked the tag in the shoe thinking they were in the wrong box. Until reading reviews, I even thought new balance themselves may have had a sizing error. Anyway, the foam on these is amazing. Very comfortable. They felt like they had zero arch, but again, I was not in the proper size shoe to judge that fairly. I will rebuy these in an 8.5 to try them out.... because I do love the look. Better than pictures. Just such bizarre sizing. If you're about to order your normal size, save yourself the return process and order a full size bigger to start.

Lightweight, comfortable, stylish but not enough support for all day on my feet.

Very tight and narrow in spite of ordering wide width. The attached tongue also made them more difficult to put on. Nice looking shoe, though.

These are amazingly comfortable. I have a high instep, so I appreciate that they are pull-on and have laces to adjust the fit precisely. I also have two pairs of the New Balance NB Nergize Sport, which are very similar in look and fit. Great shoes!

It is definitely true to size...for me. I wear a nine and these shoes fit me perfectly. That said, sometimes a 9 is not a 9. Arch support is good enough. What I love is that these shoes are easy to put on and outrageously comfortable. The elastic bad across the top is not too tight! A miracle. I have high arches and generally elastic across the top of shoes is painful. This is pleasantly secure. There are also laces so you can snug them up really tight if you want to do that. The toe box is wider than I thought it would be, but I like it...more wiggle room yet still secure. Good everyday shoes. Good.

They memory foam feels amazing. Love these shoes, I put them on and my feet felt great. Not sure I would run in them, but for walking around and errands, workouts they are wonderful.

These are pretty comfortable, but they have really no support. Fine for light walking around, but not a real walking shoe. Cut very low on the side which adds a bit to style, but felt it compromised support.

use a previous pair for gym and bought these for everyday wear as they are light but sturdy.

Super comfy sneaker and stylish too! The show hugs your foot but not in a tight way at all. My feet swell through out the day and these never hurt my feet. Great cushion on the bottom.

These fit great! I had a recent long hospitalization and have some swelling in my feet. I was able to order a wide and they fit perfectly! The best thing is they don’t look like a wide and actually make my feet look rather petite! Thank you New Balance and Zappos!!

For my usual New Balance size of 11, these felt 1/2 size smaller! My big toe was all the way to the end. Not very comfortable for an athletics-type sneaker. I couldn't see my self darting around in these! And my left ankle turned in these too, but in all fairness, that is probably just a quirk of my foot. These are super cute and comfy and worth the try. They just didn't work for me.

Great for everyday wear. I dress casually for work so these fit the bill. Not for workouts or walking. I have several pairs now. I found the the sizing seems to vary a bit in the different colors so try your size and a size up. Liners are easily removed for custom orthotics. Haven't seen them in a color to wear with browns yet.

These sneakers fit perfect very wide and very comfortable I am going to order another pair.

Finally found a great pair of comfortable walking/exercise shoe. I always wore New Balance and decided to try different brands and now I am back to my New Balance shoe. The shoes are very comfortable,wide enough for a bunion, and have greet support. I have had multiple foot surgeries and it's a bit of a challenge finding comfortable shoes. These are a keeper!!!Thank you Zappos for great customer service.

These shoes were very cute and comfortable. See we’re a bit thin to feel like they would hold up very long. Also, I would say size up half to full size.
