Too Tight on my daughter's foot. Super cute shoe and would work well with a narrow foot

I am a loyal Naturino customer, purchasing over 20 pairs (some directly from the company abroad) for my 9 year old over the years. I was surprised that these Naturino Mary Janes had absolutely no arch support and odd heal padding that noticeably protruded through the inner sole padding. I will likely voice my disappointment to the company directly.

These shoes didnt last a month, I purchased navy and had to polish them everyday to keep some sort of shine. My daughter is 8 yrs old and with everyday use w school uniform she ended up with a Big hole on the side and the soles lifting up on one foot. This wasnt my 1st time purchasing these shoes but this go round was the worst.

Advertised as leather, priced as leather, but not leather. Very cheap looking, marks all over.

These shoes are probably great for a picture day, or first day of school. The toes are not reinforced, and are getting scratched very easily. Similar shoes from Plae would really last with no problem.
