Perfect boot

no joke about there being too much stuffing in these shoes. could barely get it out. ridiculous!!! really nice shoes though.

Love this shoe! The fit is a bit snug but very comfortable for a heeled bootie. Looks very expensive - quality is great & LOVE the sleek chunky heel. I’d highly recommend this shoe!

The boots are great quality and rather comfortable even with a pointed toe. Even though they have a decent sized heel on them, they do not feel too high whatsoever and are a great option for a very stylish, everyday boot.

Great simple boot, true to size

Love the style, but the heel is a bit too high and clunky for me. Also a zip on the side would make them much easier to take on & off. Sending back.

Reviewed other comments and ordered a half size larger and so glad I did they are perfect. Super comfortable and stylish. Perfect boot to dress up crop pants and dresses.

I felt these were TTS, but if you're a little in between, or have a bit wider foot, you might want to size up. I returned these, because they weren't quite as dressy as I wanted them to be. I'm looking for something that is the smooth, shiny leather, and these have the kind of bumpy/cracked-type leather (like cowboy boots, kind of?). I did think the shaft was a little wide, too--like it didn't quite hug the bottom part of my ankle quite right. That might be a benefit for someone with a wider foot, though!

I normally wear 8W, so i go for 8.5M if a brand doesn't carry wides. This one was just too narrow. I opted for Sam Edelman's Hilty and they're perfect.

These are beautiful booties! They feel expensive and well made. I wish there was a zipper to get them on, that is the reason for 4 stars. Still deciding whether I will keep them. With back issues it is a little hard getting them on and off. They are beautiful!

These boots are beautiful. They are well made and seem comfortable although I've just worn them around the house at this point. I will say that they are snug in width but not too tight - will probably need a little breakimg in time. I love the heels and the style - I only wish they had a zipper instead of having to be pulled on like a traditional cowboy boot. I would recommend these boots.

Run narrow

Beautiful boot and very well made. I am a solid 8.5 and the arch of the boot felt slightly off so it was a very awkward fit. Had to return.

I have the Alva in black and absolutely adore them, so I bought the cognac/tan color. I was so disappointed when I opened the box. They look cheap compared to the black ones. :( It's a beautiful color, but I just don't like the way the leather or heel looks on these. Bummed out!

I have plenty of Marc Fisher shoes and these were pretty bad. Look was awesome but they were SO small (I’m usually a 6.5 and got a 7 in these). So hard to get on and so narrow on my feet - most uncomfortable pair of booties I’ve ever tried on. Good luck ?

I typically wear a women's 10M. The boot was VERY difficult to get on and required a second person to get it off my foot. Love the look not the fit.

These didn't even make it on both feet. I ordered 9.5, normally a 9, based on the reviews. It was still difficult to get them on, but when I stood up in just the one shoe, it was clear they were going back. The boot didn't even come close to touching the middle of my foot. I was on the ball and the heel.
