I love the Chelsea style boot! This shoe is comfortable, pretty easy to slip on and off and the style is perfect. Maybe just a little narrow in the toe but not enough to make you go up a size. I wish I had bought them sooner!

Super comfortable and cute

The boots are true to size and width. The shaft is a bit narrow but I have slim calves so they work for me. They feel a little heavy to me, but that might be because I spend more time in sneakers. Overall it’s a nice and stylish ankle boot.

These are very comfortable however there isn’t a lot of cushion on the bottom. If you are an a cement floor or walking outdoors they aren’t the most supportive. Fine on carpet. Easy to get on and off, a bit lose in the ankle and shaft. They look good and go with just about anything.

These are super adorable boots. I got them in the silver, size 8.5. They were very hard to put on and take off the first few times (just like another reviewer said) but eventually got easier. I love wearing them, very comfy. Worn them with jeans, leggings and even a dress.

These are okay, but they are a little more clunky than I was expecting. They are pretty comfortable, but mine arrived with someone else’s gel inserts in them (I’m assuming from a previous return?), which makes me think someone wore them and then returned them. I’m returning these but if you are looking for a cute practical shoe these are great! Just not what I was looking for this time.

I usually wear a narrow width but after reading the reviews ordered these in medium and they fit, as they do run narrow. Find them a little hard getting on without a zipper, but hopefully will get a little stretched out and be easier. If I find a boot for less money will return these. Judith B

These are nice and basic and go with a lot of things. They are definitely a bit wide inside if you have narrow feet. With thick socks or insoles, they stay on fine though. Comfortable heel. Zero support in the arches or toes, so wouldn’t advise them for anyone whose daily commute is all or partially on foot. For light walking they’re fine. Elastic on sides is nice and tight.

I really liked the height of the shaft of this boot and the overall look. However, after putting them on and walking a little, my heels felt like they were walking on hard wood. These are fine for short-term walking, but I couldn't go around the city running errands all day and not have my feet hurt. I tried putting insoles in them, but the fit is pretty snug and adding insoles was too tight. I'm considering going up a half size and adding in the insoles because I really do like the look and heel height, but I wish the soles were comfortable enough that I didn't have to modify them.

Unfortunately I will have to return. They were hard to get on my foot (and I have thin narrow feet). These need a zipper in the back. Material was hard and looks like man made material rather than leather. Cramped in the toe area and no cushioning.

Material is so stiff, I coudn't get my foot into the boot.

The size was too small & narrow.

I wasn't able to put on the boots by myself, plus they were too tight. Therefore, I contact the customer service and the lady helped me to return these boots via UPS.

I couldn’t tell how they fit since I couldn’t get them on my foot! Without zipper & height of boot very difficult to get on!
