The Reebok Sublite Tactical is a great warm-weather lightweight tactical shoe. It lets in air so there's no way I would wear these in cold weather (wear them only in over 40 degree temps) and its definitely not waterproof. The sole looks super squishy and soft in pics but that's deceiving. It's midweight rubber but still comfortable enough and should last awhile. The bottom has a unique bulge under the heel giving you support when you're standing on a hard surface for a length of time. The only negatives I can give is that its definitely narrow just as others have said so it will be uncomfortable if you prefer thick boot socks (go with a wide then) and also the top of the toe box is porous fabric, like a running shoe which will let in water and debris. The included shoe laces are also a little short so buy a longer pair in black. Anyhow I ran and climbed fences in these with ease and stood on concrete for 5 hours straight with little pain. If you're looking for a comfortable and cool uniform/tactical shoe then these are the ones to try!

It did the job , very comfortable as soon as I put them on my feet felt like if I was walking on a cloud ! These are basic black , I work in construction and still (1 year later) they have no holes and still in ok condition .

Great comfort and support. I work on a concrete cold floor and am on my feet 8-10 hours. Love this shoe. Highly recommend it! Zappos support was great to work with as the shoe had a minor defect. I contacted them and they had a replacement to me the next day!

These Reeboks are awesome. They fit very true to size and I was able to wear them all day on the first day I had them. I was really surprised by the comfort because of the hard souls but I had no problems getting in and out of my delivery van all day long. My feet felt better than they ever have at the end of the shift

This shoe feels amazing

Shoes are very light and the sole has a good cushion and grip in wet and dry conditions. The fabric around the ankle is very rough and rubs your ankle, I had to switch to long socks because of that.

Wipe them till they broke good shoe lasted about 8 months as a delivery driver

Solid fit and toe box width, inside heel of shoe wore faster and a bit rougher on the feet than expected, but got better after they were broken in. Shoe insert was confortable out of the box. Very light and breathable, overall a solid work shoe. Averaging about 8 to 12 miles a day at 4 days a week for relevance. Pics taken roughly 3 months after purchase.

The sole is hard

As with any shoe, I believe it varies by the individual. Not enough support for me and not enough technology provided for comfort in step rebound

The fit was tighter and smaller than I expected

One shoe was smaller than the other.

After about a month of normal use, on both boots on both sides of the boot the sole started to come apart from the boot

They are super light and comfortable good cushion inside
