Shoe was too tight had to return. I have a wide foot.

Shoes looked good except the fit was awful, hard to get on then once on the we're probably 2 inches too long. Also looked VERY large when first opened box, somewhat clownish.

This is a sturdy shoe but too narrow.

It literally took my daughter a half hour trying to put the sneaker on her feet and at the end of the half hour IT STILL WASNT ON! These are her school sneakers and she has 4 days left until school, I've never been more angry!

Hard to put on. Not comfortable

This shoe is way too hard to get on. I had to give up and send back.

Very hard to put on unless you have a shoe horn and I have narrow feet. Looks good if you can wear them.

The material of shoes is so tight, feel so squeezed. It hurts my toe and my heel so bad. I couldn't even walk after 30 minutes on this thing.

Very difficult to put on, got bad blisters on both my feet on the first day of walking, and cannot return them now as the sole is white and took some dirt. Regret that I bought them, waisted money.

Okay, I love a good athletic shoe and even more so a UGG product but this is a true fail! It's nothing special and a pain to put on whether with or without socks. I wanted to like it but NO! not this time. I had to return them for a refund which I haven't received yet.

When I bought this for my wife, I was looking at the pictures and wondering how you put these on since there are no laces. I thought maybe the elastic would be very stretchy. I should have trusted my gut and passed on these. My wife got them and probably spent 5 minutes trying to put one of the shoes on. She did not even try to put the other one on. They may look cool, but terrible design.

I use them for work very comfortable and well made

It's very hard to put this shoes on my feet. It take at least 15 to 20 minutes

Bought this for a friend and she couldn't even get it on. Love the design but not for average ankle fit

No once I opened the package it was mind blowing, they look very Bulkyand cheap . They runs huge cause they are big on my feet . I'm doing a exchange ASAP.

Not at ALL what I expected. Disappointed! I had to return them...

I am a very big UGG customer and sadly this fabulous sneaker did not fit well. It was hard to get on and didn't sit well once it was on. I sent them back. I will add that I have a narrow foot, size 8. I also ha e a pair of their sneakers with this sole and love them.

The left shoe is hard to stretch. The right shoe is very comfortable (which is normal when it has been tried on many times). It was very hard to get the cardboard insert out the shoe. The top elastic part is hard to stretch to get your foot in the shoe.

Wash wide enough I'll see if I can get them stretched!
