Delightfully cute… But very small.
I wear 7 1/2 and sometimes an eight so I thought an eight would work.
Ordered the 8 1/2 and I got a 6 1/2!
Customer service was fantastic and I did get the 8 1/2… Very nice and very excited!

Wide opening, at the top, very flattering to leg. Normally wear a 9, sized up to a 9.5 for comfort insoles, does not slip on heel even in larger size. Rigid soles, but no problems with slipping. I wouldn't wear these to walk around all day, but perfect to look cute at work or social settings.

I’ve always liked Kenneth Cole shoes but this one was a let down. Style was great but little to no arch support, flimsy upper and sides and a zipper that was stubborn!
