For me the coat was perfect. I loved the flare and especially how it fit around the shoulder area--received compliments on it. Good buy!

This is a beautiful coat. Soft, well made, warm, beautiful navy color (which is what I was looking for). I wanted so much to like it, but the fit-and-flare feature just didn’t do it for me. The top part fit beautifully, the bottom part ballooned out. I wish this coat had the classic lines of just a regular navy pea coat. It would have been a home run. Sadly, returning.

Beautiful coat, quality wool and construction, but a bit roomy for a size 4. It was not only large in the shoulders and waist, but in the length as well - I'm 5'2" 120 lbs and usually wear a size 4 these days (now that sizing has changed!), but I'm going to send this back because for this amount of money, I want it to fit perfectly. They don't have a 2 in black, so will have to wait or find something else.

The search for the perfect winter coat continues as this one is NOT it. The flare was too much and immediately reminded me of the coats of my childhood. I could almost see the white tights and patent leather Mary Janes sticking out from under the bottom of it. Sent it back immediately.
