Really love this coat and color. I bought both x-small and small. I like a more fitted winter coat and small was perfect. Really nice color as well. Wanted something a bit different and this fit the bill. For reference I’m 5’4 about 130 ish. Coat went to knee length little longer actually.

So warm, it's like having an armure around you against cold and heavy wind. Nothing passes through. I put 4 stars instead of 5 because it's a bit heavy. But still fantastic buy, perfect protection and great style

The jacket is very nice. Looks classy with the slim cut. One week in and only issue is the hood is massive so it tends to sit awkwardly.

My only negative point about the jacket purchased is that it was a used jacket not cleaned thoroughly for repurchased as there was used face mask found in pocket. I had to get jacket cleaned myself as was a bit disappointed about the care and standard of your company.

I do not leave reviews but I am a believer in Cole Haan. This coat is amazing. High end quality, heavy, filled with down throughout. I live in central Illinois which happens to be very windy. The high winds have nothing on this coat, I can't feel a thing. It cuts the wind better than any of my north face or Patagonia. However, while they've made such a high quality product I feel a few added features would turn this coat into a 5+++ 1.Inside pockets. 2. 2nd cuffed at wrist. I don't like the design, especially living in high wind climate. 3. Removable hood or a flap to fold and hide when not needed 4. Better quality zipper. This coat is truly amazing these added features would make this a forever high quality winter coat. I'm 5'5" couple inches below knee. I weight 145. Ordered medium fits perfect, even with a hoodie.

The coat is beautiful it's warm and you can tell the material is high-quality. The one downside is the zipper. It keeps coming apart and it seems a little stiff and difficult to get up. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet with it.

The coat is nice but I'd not for short people.

Overall, I love the jacket however the arm sleeves are too short and need to be longer especially for a large which is what I purchased.

I soooo wanted this jacket to work out, butit just didn't fit right. I liked the style, it seemed well constructed, but the fit was off. The shoulders, chest and upper arms were snug, while the waist, hips and length were perfect. Did not want to order up a size, because the other areas would have been too big. Had to return it.

This jacket is very comfortable and warm. My issue with it is that the zipper gets stuck every few centimeters when zipping it up. That's true for both the vest and the jacket.

I'm 6' tall, long and lanky. I tried size medium in person at Nordstroms, was a tiny bit tight in the shoulders and the sleeves were a little short, but I loved the style and color. I ordered size large online. Unfortunately the only way the size large was bigger was across the middle. The torso was way wider and unflattering. I think most manufacturers assume when you're sizing up it's because you're fatter not taller. I am very sad this coat didn't work out because I was very excited about it.

Down coats are tough because they are often too puffy/bulky thus adding "pounds" to your shape. I ordered this coat because it looked like it was more fitted around the waist and because it was a CH a brand -- one that I always viewed a high end. What a disappointment! It not only took very long to receive it -- it was shapeless/unflattering. I returned it for a refund.
