The style is great and the leather is soft. The only issue I had was the color. I ordered them in two different sizes and they both looked navy blue rather than black. I kept them anyway because they are pretty stylish.

The color of these appears to be closer to Navy to me. They also match better with navy pants as opposed to black. I still love them, but they're not black and even obsidian seems like a stretch. Re: sizing, Converse always run a size big for me. I generally wear men's 6 in other shoes, but I'm very consistently a 5.

Love Converse black leathers! These I have not ordered before and just love them! My 6-year old white leather hi-tops are getting too worn out so these beauties caught my eye. Super comfy for Converse, known for no arch support, but this model is somewhat supportive. I wear Converse for casual occasions, going out on the weekends and my job in IT. I work in a basement so I can dress casual. Love them with jeans and a hoodie! The leather on these is great durable quality. My first pair of black leather Converse!

Shoes fit well, feel comfortable... but I think calling them 'black' is a stretch as they look more Navy Blue.. it's a very dark Navy blue to be sure, but the blue really shows when I'm wearing denim or any blue slacks.
