Customer Reviews Cole Haan Down Coat with Bib Front and Dramatic Hood

The fit and size were OK. I ordered a Medium, based on other reviews that said it ran a little small. The coat was much heavier than I had expected, and the hood was larger and much more dramatic than it looked in the picture. Also, the bib front was waist length, which I thought looked rather awkward. Overall, it was nicely made, but just not for me.

The quality of the coat "filling" is not warm. I own another jacket that is "lightweight" warm, the difference is obvious with the quality of the "warmth/lightweight" design. The zippers cheaply made

Not true to size.

Nice coat. Beautiful color. But not for petite. I’m 5’2”. Because the waist is cinched it hit me too low and felt too tight.

Zippers do not stay together!!!

Overall it is a nice jacket, fits well, stylish and is slimming. BUT the zippers are horrible and get stuck very easily. Poor quality zippers for sure. My jacket came with a front pocket zipped up and I could not even get it down to try it on. The front zipper also got stuck. Returning unfortunately.

This coat has an interior liner that zips and runs big and fits loosely. The exterior zipper run smaller, therefore making the interior liner fold on itself. Because of this and the tight shoulders, I would say the coat runs small. Chest: 35 Waist 28

Hood is very strange and oversized and not as depicted in the picture

Although the coat is lovely and keeps you warm, the external zipper is horrible. It is hard to zip all the way up and when you get to the neck you can't bring it back down. I will probably have to return it.

I purchased this jacket in size medium as a gift. They sent a large and to make matters worse, there was a sensor attached in the pocket. Horrible experience.
