Sent my Dipseas in to exchange (left exchange details in the notes area per instructions) but received a refund instead. Disappointed!

I am very very disappointed with my new sunski sun glasses!!! The blue film on the lens is completely scratched after 2 days of use making it very difficult to see with the glasses on. These glasses are supposed to be durable to live and explore in the sun but these shades proved to be the complete opposite ! I would like a refund ! Sincerely , Disappointed

I recently bought my Dipsea shades and I absolutely love the style and fit however, after only a month or so the lens started to delaminate or fade and become blotchy. I take great care so I am not really sure what happened. Very unfrotunate.

My lenses got scratched after one week of purchase and wearing them to the beach. I can not even see out of them anymore. Bad quality.
