Too narrow at the toe, the footbed is too hard on the feet, not easy or comfortable on the foot while walking.

Very stiff sole.

Incredibly uncomfortable in the toe area. Will not be able to wear for walking as the toe box is too narrow. Very disappointed.

I have been wearing this sneaker for years, and it fits my narrow foot well. The most recent pair I bought are clearly wider than those I have purchased over the years. Very disappointed.

They look very cute, but every time I wear them, or try to at least, I get huge blisters on the backs of my heals. There is no real support either, but that isn’t as much of an issue as the open gashes that are cut into my heals. It’s a real shame because I wanted to love these.

I have worn these shoes for years and recently bought a new pair that's much bigger and wider than before. So sad that they have changed!

Fit is good. Fabric stiff. Style has changed. Sending back.

Quality not great, sole began to detach after 2 months; stylish sneaker; disappointing

For the past two years these shoes have been different than in the past. I have always bought at least 2 a year and now I can get any in this country that fit. Last year they were either too big or too small. This year my size fit length wise but are too tight. I bought a pair in the UK last summer and they are perfect. I guess I will have to give up on buying them here. Sad, because they have been my favorites for a long time.

I had not worn these two weeks before they started fraying around all of the edges. So bummed! I loved my gray pair, but this material is softer and frays with very little use at all.

This shoe is very heavy and is loose in the heel area.

These sizes were infuriating. I ordered a 9 in women's (40) at first and they were too short. Then I ordered a 9.5 (41) and they're huge and so wide!! I will be sending both back.
