Beautiful, polished laptop bag. Much more impressive in person. Soft leather, nice lines, and a feminine shape. Plenty of room for a company-issued laptop (some bags are only made for ‘air’ laptops), charger, wallet, notebook, etc. The different compartments are great for organization, especially while traveling. As a professional adult, I don’t want to carry a cheap looking, poorly made bag, but I didn’t want to spend a ridiculous amount of money either. This bag is a great deal and well worth the price. The product video really sold me because the pictures don’t do this justice. Love Zappos and all they do to make the customer experience exceptional.

I have the red color and it's beautiful, classy not too bright. It smells and looks like high quality leather. I love that it sits on the floor solid, no soft slouching and keeps everything organized as I put it in there. Everything is easy to see as the zipper opens wide and a few inches down on the edges. This fits my 12" macbook pro perfectly, though upon measuring I see it can fit up to 13". The straps fit just right under my arm when carrying it and it is comfortable (bonus that that there aren't any extra crossbody straps to fiddle with!). This is a clean sleek bag and the interior lining is awesome, it looks at first like some random pattern but if you look closely you see safety pins! A hidden punk element for Gen X which I can appreciate.

This was a very rich looking bag, beautiful color and solid hardware. Unfortunately, the shoulder straps were much smaller than I anticipated, somehow I missed their length being so short. I can't get this up over my arm, I think only very, VERY slender-armed women could and even then it would be uncomfortably close to the body. So really it's a laptop bag that is arm-carry only and that just won't work for me, so back it goes!

Sadly straps were not long enough to make carrying this one comfortable for me. Also, says it can accommodate up to a 15.6" laptop and it does not. That is the size I have and it would not fit in the laptop sleeve.

Beautiful bag. The red is a very deep color which I love. Well made and leather is soft. Love all the compartments and the strap to put on my suitcase. Plenty of room for my laptop, ipad, kindle, notebooks, chargers, etc with many pockets for great organization. Love that the top zippers as well as the flap to close with magnets. Exterior pocket too. Well thought out professional bag and design!!!

The minute I received this bag, I liked it: it looks stylish enough to use it to go to work. there are many different pockets that really allows me to organize a variety of items. The leather looks nice.

Just received this and I love it!! The leather is soft and high quality. It fits my "big" 13in work laptop like a glove and it's so stylish. I was worried about the print on the inside but on the Navy you can barely see it. I have been looking for the perfect laptop bag and this is it!

Oh, I *so* wanted to love this bag. Even as I write this, I'm still contemplating what to do about it. The "ruby red" (the color name and the appearance from the photos) is in fact more of a bright, light burgundy. It's a lovely color but not quite what I was looking for. The handles are also awkwardly short. I'm 5'5" and with just a suit jacket and blouse on, the empty bag feels like quite snug fit over my shoulder/high up under my arm... let alone what it might be like with a coat. I wouldn't mind so much if it had a cross-body strap, but this bag doesn't have one. The inside is beautifully made, with lots of seamed pockets, and it opens wonderfully wide to be able to see everything inside the bag.
