Lots of I Pockets for organizing and high quantity leather worth The price.

I've never ordered from Zappos before so was very nervous because there were a few bad reviews about getting something used. That was not my experience. I received a brand new beautiful purse, not used and for a great price. I will definitely order from them again. As for the purse, like I said beautiful, great quality, soft leather. I love the extra pockets to put the phone and things I need fast. The only complaint, which I've gotten used to now, is the handles are a tad longer then I'd like. I'm 5'7" and the purse hangs right above my hips. I would have liked it if it hung more in the waist area. I'm used to it now, so no regrets on the purse. I'm just happy to have found a purse with the extra pockets. I have been hunting for a long time, I was just looking at the wrong brand;)

This is a bulky bag and more structured than it appeared online. Even completely empty it was awkward to carry on the shoulder. Beautiful detail and well made, just not the right style for me.

This bag was sent already used - there was debris in the bottom of all the sections of the bag & a hair clip left inside. Also the bag has a broken strap. Very disappointed.
