The sole of these shoes are plasticy and hard. Felt slippery on the bottom and noisy on hard floors. Appeared cheap compared to other brands.

Love these. I got these, the Dr. Scholls, and the Ecco ones with the zipper. I almost kept the Eccos because I loved the look more, but these were more comfortable. I need a wider toe box and support and this was a good combination of them both. Plus I like that the suede is weather-resistant. The Soffts won.

I wear these as part of a work "uniform" with Banana Republic bi-stretch black pants and a crewneck sweater. Everyone LOVES these sneakers and asks about them. They are extremely comfortable, modern, and make somewhat boring ladies like myself look a lot cooler than we are :) Highly recommend.

I'm wearing these shoes as I write so obviously I like them. I won't say I love them because they are not a perfect fit. I have medium to wide feet. DON'T BUY THESE SHOES IF YOU HAVE WIDE FEET. They are stylish and comfortable (although a little tight at the widest part of my foot which I think will wear in). Lengthwise they are true to size if a little big. I wear an 8.5 and that's what I purchased. I'm wearing a thick sock and have plenty of room at the toe. Without a thick sock the heal slips a bit. I do love that this manufacturer cares about comfort and includes nice support at the arch, heal and ball of foot. With plantar fasciitis I have no pain in these shoes.

This was a gamble for me and it didn't pay off. I have wide-ish feet. Sometimes regular widths will work for me if the toe box is roomy, like Keens for example. But in this case they just didn't work. I'm sad, because the shoes are cute and appear to be well made. I was especially interested in them because they are waterproof and I walk a lot in the winter. I'll have to send them back.

I really loved these! They felt pretty food witch and lengthwise, but they were huge around my ankles to a point where they looked weird because there was so much gaping. I ended up ordering another pair in the same size and they fit much better. I'm currently trying to decide between these, Tom's Paxtons, and Ecco Soft 7. I really like the way these look, but I worry that the cushy insoles will compress and leave my feet hurting (insoles are not removable). I also wish these were waterproof like the Tom's.

I am normally a size 8 and read some reviews that these ran large, so I ordered 2 sizes. Not the case, these are very true to size. Great little boot for running errands or travel. Kept my feet dry in the rain on a recent trip and stylish to boot!

Really great shoe, stylish and comfortable. Love that they are waterproof since I live in WY. I was able to wear them with a little thicker smart wool sock on a cold day and they felt great. I got size 8.5 which is my typical size.

The shoes are comfortable and stylish right out of the box. I have only one slight complaint. The shoe leather material is not matched well from one shoe to the next and one shoe appears a bit more narrow than the other. I really like them for the styling and comfort, but may return for an exchange of the same pair.

Great shoe overall - look is very stylish and fit is true to size. Shoe was a little squeaky on the first wear, but after several hours of wear the squeak went away. Pleased with my purchase!

These were soooo comfy but slipped a little in the heel, even at the right size. I also liked the style of other similar shoes a little better. I ended up returning

I wore these for the first time yesterday and loved them. No break in required. The only thing that surprised me is that you can’t wear a thick or mid-height sock with them. I wore thin ankle socks, which felt great, but might be too chilly when the weather gets colder. There is also not a lot of traction on the bottom. I still love them, though!

After reading other reviews, I was unsure about this shoe but after ordering and wearing for a couple weeks, I'm really happy I tried them. I purchased the olive suede and it's a great color and goes well with almost everything. I've found the boots to be very comfortable. They have some give while still providing some structure and decent arch support/cushion. I've done some walking in them and been fine. I have a very similar pair from Birkenstock and actually prefer these. I wouldnt want to walk very long distances or hike in them but for a couple miles around town, they are perfect. They do run large in my opinion. I usually wear a 6.5 in boots or shoes I wear socks with and the 6.5 was way too big. The 6 is just right. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the soles have no real traction or a rubber bottom with grip, so they aren't the for icy or snowy conditions.

These shoes are cute and once I got my foot in them I felt the support was good. I did feel they were a little narrow and difficult to get on. They got returned.

I liked these shoes, and they fit true to size, however, there was a crease in the right insole of the shoe that bothered my foot bed. The same crease was not present in the left shoe, so they felt uneven. May try a different pair.

I loved the idea of a waterproof seude shoe. These are cute but uncomfortable. The bottom of the shoe is almost like plastic and is noisy when walking. I'm returning the shoes.

The soles of these shoes are so hard. As someone with plantar fasciitis, it was instant pain for me. I'm still on the hunt for comfortable shoes. Thankful for Zappos free shipping and returns!

I absolutely love these shoes! They are very comfortable. I am a size 9 in every shoe I own and these fit great but I would say if you are in between sizes then size down. If you’re a 9.5 the 9 should fit you perfect.

I bought these to wear on my trip to London, because I'm from Los Angeles where I basically have no need for rain boots, and was looking for a shoe I could wear in heavy rain, walk long distances through cities, but also wear later on sunny days. I was nervous because these are suede (or look like it) and that's not usually something I think of as water proof. But I gotta say - these shoes *delivered*. I trekked around London in the rain, through puddles, for entire days and my feet were totally dry! There's decent arch support and padding as well, it only took me maybe 2 days of wearing to break them in. Only downside to these is they are slightly narrow in the toes. After I broke them in this became a lot less noticeable, but even now (I've owned them over a month at this point) and I do notice some slight relief in my upper foot when I take them off. Overall, I think these are cute considering they are both rain shoes and sneakers, and would recommend them to anyone with normal-width or narrow feet!

Really nice looking, but not for wider feet. I have medium width feet but have a bunion on my right foot. I am not wide enough to wear wide widths but the shoes have to be roomy enough to not squeeze. I loved the look of this shoe, but was sadly disappointed that they were so tight. If your feet are medium to narrow buy them. They are so cute and otherwise comfy.

THESE ARE STYLISH AND I LOVED THE COLOR BUT I BOUGHT THEM TO WEAR ON VACATION AND THEY WERE NOT VERY COMFORTABLE. I HAVE A PAIR OF SLIP ON SHOES SIMILAR TO THIS BY SOFFT (THE LOW TOP STYLE OF THIS SHOE) AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. THESE DON'T HAVE NEARLY THE SAME AMOUNT OF PADDING. ALSO THE SOLES ARE PLASTIC-LIKE- NOT RUBBERY WHICH DOESN'T PROVIDE ANY COMFORT. VERY CUTE BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT WILL WORK FOR A LOT OF WALKING, THIS PROBABLY IS NOT IT.

Very comfortable and cute! Fit is generous; considered sizing down a half size, but decided not to in case I want to wear a thicker sock. Really happy with these!

Great shoes! Very comfortable. Perfect for casual wear when you don’t want to wear boots or booties. My favorite casual shoe for fall and winter.

I’ve only tried them on and they seem very comfortable. The first pair I received had a defect. I called customer service and in less than 24 hours my replacement pair arrived. Very impressive!!
