Yep, go up a half size.

I really wanted to like these and they looked good with my jeans but the heel is loud and just too clunky for me. I wear a 9 and these were true to size. Shiny black is ‘okay’

These are great-looking shoes and have a nice cushy insole, but the toe is much pointier than it looks in the photos. I never wear larger than a 7.5, but there was no wiggle room at all for my toes in that size. I am going to try a larger size elsewhere.

To be honest i did not even try this on, as the color is NOT what I would consider copper at all. I do think the photo is fairly accurate - it's more of an old gold/bronze color. I was hoping for a true copper so the fit was irrelevant when I saw the color. Cute booties though - was planning to wear with slacks/jeans if they worked out.

These were beautiful and comfortable, a little snug but would be fine with trouser socks. I decided not to keep them because I was concerned about the metallic finish flaking off.

I absolutely love these shoes. I am going to get another color soon. They look great with my boot cut jeans and dress pants. Some of the reviews on these shoes said they run small small, but mine seem to feel true to size. Comfortable right out of the box.

I ordered one size up as the reviews suggested. I’m glad I did this, they fit perfect. I have very picky feet - a bit wide and in need of comfortable shoes. These fit great right out of the box. They look nice and classic. Very happy with this purchase!

I super love the discrete simplicity of these shoes. I'm a solid 8 1/2 in flats and ordered these in a 9. They're comfortable and dressy yet casual enough for my dressed down work environment. I ordered them in a patent black firs and liked them so much that I ordered a brown pair also.

These shoes are pretty comfortable for having a bit of a heel. I struggle with wearing heels anymore as it really starts to hurt my feet and back :( So, I bought these hoping for a cute vintage look with ankle jeans, that I could manage for most of a day. I have narrow heels, and my foot doesn’t slip out. The sift leather is so nice, and the padding on the arch and footbed in general is soft. I was able to wear these immediately without any blisters or soreness.

I tried both my regular size and the half size up because of the other comments, and found my regular size was fine for me. These are fun and comfortable, and will work with skirts/dresses as well as pants. I wore them with wide legged, slight cropped pants and liked the look very much, and got compliments on my shoes. I bought the black patent and they work well for an adult - they not little-girl patent leather.

Fit is great but all scuffed on the heal. The black ones arrive perfect and the tan ones are all scuffed. Will be sending back.

I loooove these shoes! I had foot surgery about a year or so ago and my days of wearing heels are over but I'm not ready to commit to 'comfort' shoes, most especially since I really need a structured shoe and that requires oxfords or booties. So these looked cute and THEY ARE! I got the black patent ones. They took next to no time to 'break in' but I did follow the advice of other reviewers and ordered a half size up - perfect fit! They provide all the support I need and look good with pants or skirts/dresses. They're my new work shoes.

Great shoe. I took someone's advice and ordered a size up. Wrong choice. I'm a 9.5/10, depending of brand. I ordered the size 10. It is too large, so I am returning for a 9.5. Shoe is well made, very comfortable with great cushioning.

I am in love with these shoes. They look great with my business suit and provide support yet have a great solid heel on them. My feet are a little narrow and sometimes shoes can feel too loose and with these the laces help with that. They also have a very understated look. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. Considering buying a second pair to put back in my closet.

Beautiful shoe! These are my new work shoes, I am on my feet all day at work and I also walk to work- they are super comfortable and have great support. Definitely runs small I bought 1 size up. I have the patient leather and they do scuff easily but it is only noticeable up close.

This shoe is beautiful and comfortable! I really love the color of the reddish heal in contrast to the black leather. I always gauge a shoe or boot by whether or not I can run in it if I have to (think zombie apocalypse - you never know!), and this shoe I can definitely run in but look stylish while doing it. It did run a little small. I'm normally an 8.5 and I returned for 9 and it fits great. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the style.

Love the look and feel of this shoe but need to go up a half size. All my Sofft shoes are 8.5 but need a 9 in this.

ADORABLE. Runs a bit small for brand. 10 fits me well in other SOFFT styles, but this 10 was too tight. 11 was too big. LOVE this style -- I'm a traveling business woman that loves to be feminine and girly, but I prefer understated men's wear styles for work -- these are perfect in the Brown and Black w/ brown sole. Wish they had better fit...

This shoe is pretty and the material is nice. However, I felt the shoe was narrow than the normal medium (M). I returned the shoe.

Gorgeous shoe! It looks even better in person. I haven't decided yet whether to return it or if the shoe will break in more. It seems to pinch some on my pinkie toe so I'm not sure it will work. The leather is great and the insole is so comfortable.

Very pretty shoe but they run a half size small. I wear a 7.5 m in all shoes. These were too small. I may reorder ina larger size. They’re nice.

Tried a half size, then a full size up as others recommended and they still don't fit. Disappointing as I've had Sofft shoes that I wore to pieces in the past.

Loved the look of it.but narrow for me still looking
