This shoe fits pretty well. The toe box is a bit narrower than my previous, other brand, of oxford. The reason I got this shoe is because I used to get Bostonian Wendell Oxford shoes. That shoe fit quite well but they discontinued that line, sad. I have yet to find an Oxford that fits as well. This shoe is pressing on my big toe of my right foot a bit but not my left. I will wear these for a while and hopefully they will break in and my right foot will be more comfortable. The shoe fits great on my left foot. They are a very good looking shoe as well.

In another review, I said that I cut off the tongues of Essential Details shoes. I meant to say that I cut off the tongues of the Dustyns shoes.

I needed plain-toe brown oxford waterproof lightweight shoes that can be shined, are comfortable for walking, and look professional in a business setting. The look of the Dustyn shoes is excellent for a business setting and the leather can be shined somewhat. These replaced Rockport Essential Details shoes that were no longer available in brown. The Dustyn shoes are very similar to the Essential Details shoes except that the Essential Details shoes have a boxy, not pointed, toe box. We like the Dustyn look better. I wish the Dustyns had a padded collar, which is comfortable, like the Essential Details. A bad feature of the Essential Details shoes is that the tongues are too long and cut into my ankles. I cut off 1/4 inch from each tongue and rounded the corners. This change made the shoes wearable. I wish the Dustyns had more arch support (a taller hump). Each shoe weighs about 12 oz. (size 8.5 M), which is very light and good for walking.

These shoes are so comfortable. I think I will order the brown ones also.

Felt great right out of the box.

Initially A little discomfort around the ankle on one shoe but went away after a week of daily use. If your on your feet for long periods of time I would recommend a better insole. Overall it’s a Comfortable shoe for people who are on their feet a lot.

My husband liked the comfort but not the pointed toe look - not his style

The shoe fits - After some wearing, the top part was putting pressure down on my foot. I had to figure out that I needed to keep the laces loose and double knot them so they don't get undone. They are ok now. I like them. Yay.

Didn't feel that good on my foot. Probably the wrong size, not the shoe's fault.
