Was scratched up and chain broke already:( I won't be buying again.

I bought a necklace with a "J" on it and received one that had an "A" on it.

I received the yellow gold necklace as a gift for Christmas. After wearing the necklace about 3x/week for 2 months (never in shower or while working out), the coating scratched off. I contacted customer service and received the following reply: "Our jewelry is fashion jewelry, and like any plated metal, it can eventually tarnish. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces and differences in a person's body chemistry, tarnishing can occur over time. Because tarnishing is a natural occurrence, it is not covered under warranty. We appreciate your understanding in this matter." Very disappointing quality and customer service from Kate Spade.

I heard such good things about this necklace and then I wasted my money on it. After 1 month of use it's so scratched and the tarnish is peeling off. It looks horrible. Then when you try and contact customer service about it, they tell you oh well, there is nothing we can do.

This is my second pendant- exactly the same. I received the first pendant as a gift. I was embarrassed that it lost its beauty, so I purchased another to not upset my friend. Beautiful pendant. Was so delighted when I received it- Poor quality

Where is the other half of the alphabet? You would selling a lot more if you have every letter, I would love to buy one of these but you don't have my initial which is very annoying

Happy with the quick delivery. Not happy the product was damaged. Clearly was damaged before it went out for shipping. Disappointing as this is a Christmas gift.

My boyfriend got me this necklace for Christmas and I wore it every day and a month later the chain started to turn silver. I thought that was strange so I brought it back to Kate Spade and they replaced it for me. My second necklace has turned gold and the back of the pendant has completely tarnished on the bottom of it and I am not sure if it is worth taking back anymore. My boyfriend is very upset this has happened to the necklace. I still wear the necklace everyday even though the pendant is messed up but I do wish it never did this.

I bought this about 2 months ago. I wear my necklaces everyday, and I've had cheap amazon necklaces hold up better. The pendant is all scratch up somehow, patches of color coming off and the chain has completely lost its color. The clasp is also always migrating to the front. This was really cute at first but now it looks like cheap trash.

I purchased is a few weeks ago and gave it as a gift Aug 22,19. I just found out yesterday that the chain has tarnished in only one area of the chain.

The necklace broke 2nd day of wearing it. Company would not replace

I bought this necklace about a month ago and it's already chipped and rusted looking even tho it was taken very good care of and never worn in the shover.

Bought my girlfriend the initial necklace as a gift and in about a month, the shiny finish on it was coming off and it was a dark brown almost rust like color

Definitely get what you pay for - this is a dollar store necklace at best. You're paying for the brand name.

I do not like the rose gold version of this pendant necklace. I'm so irritated this $5 looking thing cost $60! I have the yellow one and love it. I wanted to buy another as a gift but they were all out of yellow everywhere. So I thought this would be ok. It's not.

I bought this necklace in April from a kate spade store, I was so excited to buy it, I had my eye on it for a while but was hesitant on purchasing it because of some negative reviews, the pendant is completely tarnished as well as the clasp and other parts of it. I've had this for not even 4 months, but if you look at the photo it looks like I've had it for years. I tried to salvage it but it's unsalvageable. Very disappointed in the quality, especially because I maintained care for it.

I bought this recently & only had it for two days (before it completely tarnished!) the initial pendant part is no longer rose gold, it's silver. For $50 I expected it to last a heck of a lot longer than that! Going to call the customer service & hopefully update this.

My daughter bought for me in honour of my deceased son and I wore it daily but sadly it tarnished, tried to clean but no luck. I purchased another first of the year and have only worn 3 times but sadly this one has tarnished in my jewelry box. Very disappointing for the cost.

I LOVED this necklace I got as a gift, and I was so excited that the quality would be good, too. Boy was I wrong!! After just a few weeks of normal everyday wear, it started to look super scratched up and almost like the metal was rusting. I am SO disappointed. I feel like I can't wear it in public anymore. I really thought the quality would be better, but even with taking good care of it, it was ruined in months.

Got this as a gift for Christmas and it had tarnished completely by the end of January. The covering scratched right off and it was such a disappointment to see it go to waste so quickly. Waste of money.

looks like tarnished rose gold, made my daughter's neck green. very disappointing.
