I wore this necklace everyday for about 11 months. I didn't shower/ swim with it and was very careful to take care of it. Yet the chain still broke. Love the necklace just not very durable.

I bought my initial pendant last year. My pendant still looks new, however the chain tarnished very quickly. I coated my pendant with a coat of protectant sealant used for jewelry. This has preserved the color and shine. I just placed the pendant on another chain. I really like this pendant.

I do like the quality of the chain and pendant. Two things I wish: the gem in the pendant was as shiny as the one on the clasp, and that the chain could be a little longer.

Don't understand how this is considered the "large" version of the mini pendant. The gold could be a different color plate as well, something more realistic looking... also, where in the description or PHOTOS does it mention that the back of the pendant has a sentence on it??????

Its great peace overall looks very elegant the way i love it but one big issue it discolors within month of wear. It turn dirty grey from rose gold. Very sad

I purchased this because I love having a simple, dainty necklace to wear everyday, but oftentimes the pendants of such necklaces are too lightweight to stay properly in place. I love that this one has just enough weight to not move around too much. I only wish it came in more initials. My name is Nicole and I'd love an N. I opt for a C because Cole is my husband's nickname for me.

It's a little too small for me. When I put it on I could barely see the pendant. The chain is a nice length though.

I bought this a month ago, and am glad i did. It shipped to Canada fairly quickly and was instantly in love with how dainty the initial charm was. The chain it came with was a little crooked/not completely smooth but after a few adjustments it was fine. I find that it is easy to pair with clothing of different colors and am happy to add it to my go-to collection.

I love it! its soo simple and cute I honestly thought it would be a tiny bit bigger but i got it as a gift for my cousins birthday and she was soo please with the size.

I was hesitant to buy this because the lack of reviews but I'm so glad I did! It's the perfect everyday necklace and I love it! Only downside is that the clasp slides to the front every so often but that's an easy fix!

This is a very pretty necklace. It is also very small. I wish I had bought it for my 10 yr. old granddaughter and not my 13 yr old granddaughter. Not really sure if I'll give it to her or not. It is, like I said very pretty though. Saying I would recommend, but for a younger child.

I actually really love this necklace. The heart is smaller than I thought and I actually prefer the subtleness. The only thing I was unsure of was the tone of the rose gold, it's a bit intense in color. I prefer a lighter rose gold tone.

I bought this as an everyday piece and I'm fairly happy with it. I wish it was a bit heavier and that the pendant was thicker. It is hard to find the perfect necklace; this one comes pretty close.

I received this stunning pendant for Christmas 2 years ago. I wore this necklace every day, I only took it off during lacrosse practice, showering, or being in the pool. It held up for 2 years but randomly a few weeks ago it broke after school. I was devastated. The pendant is still perfectly fine but the stunning chain is no longer together. I'm upset and I definitely think if you're going to wear this necklace all the time make sure you know it will most likely wear and tear within two years.

my boyfriend got me this pendant, i find it a little too simple, but i like the back message that says "one in a million". i just feel like it looks cheaply made and not the best quality

Bought this for my wife, loved the look on the web, I ordered it. When I got it it was super small. About half the size I was expecting. Maybe I missed the fine print. To sum it up; looks great, is really small. Wife still loved it.

The color is so pretty and it looks so nice. Te best part is that you decide the length, so that allows you to wear it with so many different types of cloth.

I bought 7 of these necklaces for my bridesmaids and flower girl. They are pretty but I thought that they looked a bit cheap. The pendant is larger than I expected. The necklaces come in these plastic packages that kind of look like something that you'd purchase from Claire's. I didn't purchase the gift boxes online and regretted it as they each came with a large jewelry bag (not velvet) that I also thought looked cheap. I attempted to buy the boxes in a Kate Spade store but was not able to as I wasn't purchasing merchandise. One of the necklaces came with scratches and I had to return it and purchase a new one; their customer call centre was really helpful and friendly but it still took 3 months to get a refund. Overall, I am excited to give them to my bridesmaids but feel like I could have purchased something of the same quality for a lesser expense.

It is a tiny little charm on the necklace but very cute!
